I know that Markel feels he needs to carry the team offensively but he has made too many rash decisions tonight.

I know. Starks has done things at the end of these games of late that weren't needed in my opinion

Still plenty of time but we do have to push the tempo on offense when we get the ball back. No walking it up the floor.

Defensively we had only 1 team block tonight...we have to contest more. Without Moses we don't have a consistent shot blocker, especially with Hop playing a guy who has moved outside. |

Gutty game by the team. DSR clearly not himself. NCAA with inexplicable ruling on Ayegba. In the end, too many turnovers.
That said, a lot to like about the team's hustle and no quit attitude.

Just the kind of season it is.
Down three with under a minute, ball in our best player's hands, and we don't even get a shot off.
Balls out play by everyone on the roster and our lights-out shooter hampered with a rib injury.
Already thin on the front line and our strongest center (defensively anyway) gets sidelined with some ridiculous suspension.
Just the kind of season it is.
Proud of the effort. Gotta' keep rootin' for the boys, no matter what.
Oh, and PS - Can we get rid of replay in college basketball already? It is completely useless and just kills games.
