Ledo's is my favorite local pizza joint. Both the original and the Chains, which oddly serve completely different pizzas, both delicious.

What about strip clubs that serve really good steak? Over rated. I don't want to put anything from a strip club in my mouth unless I see the seal broken myself The grossness of this post is WAYYYY underrated!

I don't know if it was mentioned in this thread, but The Hangover surely qualifies as being immensely overrated.

Somewhat agree, except that I liked the Will Ferrell replacement, Zach Galifianakis, more than I like Will Ferrell. Old School was his zenith. Despite some very good 'moments' in movies he's done since then, it has just gotten more and more tired each time out. I think Galifianakis redeemed the movie quite a bit, but it wasn't anything special, just a fun comedy. Speaking of which, Will Ferrell? Overrated. Except for Elf, which is, and always will be, Will Ferrell at his best -- at least for me.

Will Ferrell is not overrated at this point, he is played out. Big difference. Comedians have short periods of success and without fail they decline rapidly. His zenith for my money was not Old School or Elf (the best Christmas movie made since A Christmas Story by a country mile) but rather he peaked with Anchorman- a period during which it would not be possible to overrate his dominance over funny. Think Octavian at Actium.
The Hangover was most certainly overrated. It was pretty good. I was assured by many that it was incredible.

Octavian/Augustus = most underrated world leader ever.
Not just today, but in his own time, which a lot of people found out the hard way.

Especially since the second actor they got to play Octavian was just starting to work for me. The first one was great too.
