I agree sawch he has been so up and down this year. He is suppose to be one of our go to guys but doesn't play like it.

4-16 from 3. do these guys make these all the time in practice because it is insanity that we continue to do something that is clearly not working. and we're not just missing. we're missing bad. somethings stinks. The only guys with Pure 3 Pt shooting strokes are Wattad and Meschriakov. Wright has a line drive shot that relies on a lot of Backspin. Sapp and Clark have unorthodox shots. Freeman and Summers shots are sort of flat and erractic. I think the new 3Pt line has had an effect on those guys though I think Summers is doing quite well with it.

I don't know what is going on with the shooting. Wright is a great shooter and his shots are just not falling. Freeman too. He hit a lot of big shots last season.
It is all mental at this point.

I also get the feeling this team isn't in very good shape. We have no legs at the end of games or under our shots. We loop lazy passes around and our defense deteriorates over the course of the game. The only player who looks like he's in half-decent shape is dajuan. Thoughts?

When they are on it is just from constant practice rather then great techinque. Neither one has great arc on their shots like Meschrikov, Wattad, or Jon Wallace.

These kids are all good shooters. I honestly thought we were going to be one of the best shooting teams in the country. This is just stunning.
And 16 attempts from three-point range isn't a bad number at all. It's the four that we hit that's bad

There's a cancer somewhere. Don't know what it is, but we need to fix it now.

I felt he was a little heavy last year but it didn't have any negative effect on him. He seems heavier this year and not as good of a player. If he's not scoring he's a liability because we give up rebounding and height by having him as a 3rd guard when we could have a Forward with height/size like Meschrikov/Simms/Vaughn at the 3 or 4.

He needs to work on that this offseason to get more arc on his shot.

The fact is that none of us--me included, JTIII included, players included--seem to have any clue what is going on right now.

OMAR IS AWFUL. He can't dribble, and his d is trying to take charges at all times, regardless of situation...can't watch him play anymore.

Are we overlooking something? Do we win this if Summers doesn't get hurt?

The offense struggled but the big difference this year is the inability to get stops late when needed to keep it a one possession game. WVU, Marquette, Villanova, Syracuse, UConn wins last year were similar to the games this team is losing late.
