That exchange between charlie and the lawyer was hysterical.

I like the fact that everyone misunderstood the meaning of the word "barter."

I like the fact that everyone misunderstood the meaning of the word "barter." Just watched it last night. Brilliant again. I'm calling people Bozo a lot. It's my new thing.

I am giving this entire thread an ocular patdown, and I must warn you that none of you are cleared.

I really, REALLY hope they wrote that episode first and then FX went to Dave & Busters afterward to ask if they wanted to sponsor the show.
Because, if it happened the other way around, that is a little troubling.....
But still, it was pretty damn funny!

I prefer to think that they were using a little meta-humor. But that's just because I prefer to think that.
"The last thing I do is turn on the Coors sign to let everyone know we have plenty of cold delicious Coors."
Charlie's illiteracy is always funny.

I burn the trash, it gives the bar that nice smokey flavor we all like and then the smoke goes up intot he sky and becomes stars.
That doesn't sound right, but I don't know enough about stars to question it.

That doesn't sound right, but I don't know enough about stars to question it. That was the line of the show.

That doesn't sound right, but I don't know enough about stars to question it. That was the line of the show. Agreed. And I've been saying "we're crab people now!" for four days and everyone gets it. (I think it's because I only talk to like five other people who are all as dorky as me, though.)

"Intervention!"
I don't think it takes a lot of imagination to understand how useful this phrase can be while hanging out with friends at a bar on a Saturday night.
And I'm not just talking about drinks.

I will take my milk steak to go. Don't forget the side of jellybeans. Can't wait to see Counselor Charlie in an actual courtroom next week.

Good but not amazing episode last night. Would've enjoyed it more if i hadn't built up the idea of lawyer charlie being amazing in my head. Did love the fact that they'd cut back to the court room and they'd all be doing what was happening in the story.
Made up for it by having one of the best episodes on afterwards the manhunters episode. Hysterical. I love charlie and dee in that episode.

The episode was a bit uneven, I guess, but the letter to Chase Utley? AWESOME.
