I mean I don’t know what people expect here. We literally have 2 guys who are reliable scorers on the whole team. We have one player who can reliably play point but is also one of the 2 guys that can score. The pieces just aren’t there. Most of the guys don’t even look to score or get themselves open.

We're on the way to our first road win. I hope! Not the thought running through my head right now but I like the optimism.

Cooley should have let the refs have it after that TCU game. His long game play taking it easy on them has not paid off.

This is who the Republican Party is at this point: www.cnn.com/2024/01/25/politics/gop-senators-angry-trump-immigration-deal/index.htmlMultiple administrations have failed to make this happen. Yet, here we are on the cusp of finally making it happen and one guy is doing his best to torpedo it because he eventually wants to pardon himself. That’s it. He doesn’t care about America. He cares about HIMSELF. Nothing else. I guess this sort of “governing” makes some here “happy”. To most sensible Americans it’s gross. The Republican Party REFUSES to govern. It is civic malpractice to let them near any government office at this point if there’s a way to prevent it. Enough already. Why can’t they grow a pair and start behaving like real Americans.

Good lord that is a frightening speech. Everyone needs to see this. Full Hitler is a correct characterization.

Still waiting for the Insurrectionist's health care plan. Obamacare enrollment hits record level as Trump vows repeal More than 21 million people have signed up for health plans through the Affordable Care Act’s health insurance marketplaces, the Biden administration announced Wednesday. The record level of enrollment comes as former president Donald Trump, seeking the GOP nomination, is again vowing to repeal the program if elected. www.washingtonpost.com/health/2024/01/24/obamacare-record-enrollment-biden/The man literally has no plans. I am not sure he’s even capable of making a plan. His entire life is smoke and mirrors. His plan is “better”. Everything “better”. His base is mentally incapable of holding his feet to the fire nor do they have the will to do so. Like why don’t they ask him about his plan to build a wall and have Mexico pay for it? Didn’t happen but they don’t care despite “immigration” being a super important concern. It’s a tragically bizarre phenomenon. I’m sure they’d believe him if he said everyone would get a million dollars under him and then accept that it was “the democrats fault” that it didn’t happen. We are living in an alternate universe now.

I’m not sure Styles is a piece to keep. Some real striking deficits in his game.

Like I get this board / twitter can be a cesspool for hyperbole, but it’s hard to understate how bad it is to be down 30 at home to arguably the next worst program in the conference (sans Depaul). Guy just didn’t show up at all tonight. Atrocious defense and chucking on offense. This second half has been one of the worst I can remember.

Hate to say it, but I agree. He’s certainly not the player I expected. He's had a disappointing stretch but c'mon, the guy is only 18 games in to his college career. Plenty of time left for him to improve and become an important part of the team. Pronouncing judgement on him at this point is a bit over the top. Agree. He is a freshman. Has had a chance to see the speed of the game at this level and will need to adjust. Understand he is redshirt but he also didn’t get any game time last year. Seems more intent on showing he can dribble without getting the ball stolen off him at the top of the key than in actually instigating the offense. Needs to just focus on moving the ball and not trying to show he “belongs”.

Trump is not a complicated person. If you listen to him, you’ll hear exactly what he’s worried about. The fact that this cognitive test is coming up again is a clear sign that he’s worried about his deteriorating mind. He’s probably been given some bad news on that front. This is exactly right. He always accuses people of things he’s done or is fighting. That being said, his base doesn’t care because they aren’t savvy enough to pay attention and see what’s happening.

The layups were a result of us being not allowed to play defense. Clearly the guys felt like they couldn’t touch Xavier or they would get fouled out of the game.
