For anyone that has seen him play, what are his strengths and weakness?

Gtown is on Hamga's list. The question now is, is Hamga on Gtown's list. He does not claim to have an offer yet. But maybe the coaches are waiting on Sims and Samuels. Plus they have been focused on the tourney while Hamga re-opened his recruitment.
I think that Sims' and Braswell's games compliment each other well. Since Braswell has good back to the basket moves, and Sims has a good face game...

GU needs to add a true center(meaning close to a 7 footer) to the 07 or 08 class.
In the 07 class Anthony McClain is still available. He is a local product, but I am not sure why he seems to favor Uconn and Cinci over Gtown.
In the 08 class there is Beas Hamga from Illinois. He originally committed to Iowa, but he has re-opened his recruitment now that Alford has left.
I do not see many 7 footers available on the radar the next to years. GU needs to make a good push for one of these guys. Sims, Braswell, and Samuels are all good power forward prospects. But Gtown still needs a real center in the mix.
