With only 2 schollys left and the massively changing environment in recruiting courtesy of the FBI, Arkansas is on a lot of prospects and just jumped in with 2 feet on "5*" PG Ramsey (IMG Academy) who decommited from the Louisville yesterday and "4*" PF Reggie Chaney (Findlay Prep) and a 4* wing out of Missouri who's name escapes me but had a massive July as well as others. I bring this up to say, it be interesting to see if he does want to go to Arkansas, does he still have a commitable offer still from Razorbacks? Also I can't remember a time where a recruit was so open with the media about a particular program leading in his recruitment? If Arkansas is where he wants to be, you think he would have committed to them already? Why does he keep stating their leading and what is he waiting on to commit there? Which brings me back to wondering does he have a commitable offer or has Arkansas pumped the brakes and started slow playing him so that they could get a better feeling of the new and ever changing recruiting landscape? Maybe he's waiting for his commitment video to be produced. I wish I was joking

6'3 PG Xavier Pinson and 6'5 SG Ayo Dosunmu Any inside info on why we'd be visiting Dosunmu? Appears we didn't make his recently released top 7. So seems weird unless there is something we don't know. USC and Oklahoma St made his top 7. Some of the the other schools (Kansas, Illinois) may end up in the wreckage. Maybe the staff is trying to take advantage of that

Even after a coaching transition, former Head Coach AW Hamilton took an assistant job at NC State, Hargrave Military Academy has things rolling. New Head Coach Lee Martin will now field two post grad teams and a very competitive high school team. There is no shortage of length and explosion on this team. It was enjoyable watching their lay up lines, as the objective is to attempt to tear the rim off the back board. After an array of cross overs and hesitation dribbles, a couple appeared to almost succeed at the objective. With that said, there are a number of Division 1 prospects on this team and Chatham, Virginia should be a stop for most low to mid major programs who have the budget to travel there. There is something, and many times multiple somethings, for everyone at every level. 6’6” Post Grad Connor Crabtree Offers: Ohio, Lafayette, Campbell, Boston, Stetson, Wagner, Kennesaw St, Milwaukee, High Point, American, etc… Formerly committed to UNC-Asheville, Crabtree has turned his game on to another level. He carries a 6’10” wing span and a vertical jump that has him playing above the rim at all times. Crabtree has really worked on his pace and ability to get into the paint. He also looked to make correct reads when running the pick and roll. With mid to high majors coming in to watch him, it will be interesting to see where his recruitment goes. Visiting Ohio this weekend

While I know this means very little... Chris Fisher, one of the experts at 247, predicted 3 of our serious '18 guys in a row yesterday: Bates to NC St Durr to USF X Johnson to Washington What if that did happen (i.e. we get 0 of those 3 guys)? What then is the best class we can construct of guys who are currently interested in us? Some combination of Fleming, LeBlanc, Balanc, Lindo...? No PG? No C? Is there a 2nd best option at PG right now? Looks like Ayala isn't really in play... I'm trying real hard to believe our '18 class will be as good as our pulled-out-of-our-butt '17 class. I'm not confident. Possible disaster territory

He had A LOT going on this past winter/spring. Might be better for him personally to play away from home

Even for a summer league game, that might be some of the worst defense I have ever seen from the other team!! Looks like the over 50 league I play in on the weekends!!! Scoring that much is impressive and I hope the kid can excel when playing against real competition!! I just want to get him on campus and let him run with the team

I liked what I saw tonight. Hopefully he sticks around DC for a few days after the camp and makes it to campus. Glad to here he played well at the Oladipo Camp. Details please? Unless Rhoden is reclassifying back to 17 class he isn't allowed to visit (officially or unofficially) until August. July is a dead period! No visits allowed for high school or prep players. Had an impressive offensive board, ran the floor well, was able to spot up and knock down a couple 3-pointers. The way it's set up right now is each group of 5 plays four-minute segments then there's a timeout and both teams basically have hockey substitutions. Hard for anyone to get in rhythm but I thought he played very well for someone who didn't constantly have the ball in his hand.

Something doesn't add up with and Rhoden stats and his offers. Based on his length, skill, athleticism and consistency during this entire EYBL season, I would imagine his offer list would be pretty impressive. Temple, Rhode Island, VCU, Dayton types are good programs but... I haven't seen him live but I'm really curious to figure why he doesn't have more offers. Gotta believe that it will start to shoot up at some point? Hope the staff likes what they see and parlay an offer very very soon. I liked what I saw tonight. Hopefully he sticks around DC for a few days after the camp and makes it to campus.

Icymi: Visiting today Was originally a 17 kid... He's a bit under the radar now but likely to pick up some pretty nice offers this month. Averaging about 15 and 7 in Eybl play and shooting a high percentage from all three levels... Any update on this visit Hoya Nation? Heard/seen nothing about it. Skeptical he made the trip

Any feedback on Wertz or Rhoden visits? On Twitter Wertz said his visit went great, but he doesn't have an offer. Rhoden's visit starts today I believe

Any millennials care to detail what was posted on his Snapchat about his Official Visit. Any info would be great appreciated Jon Wallace gave him a tour of campus and the facilities (the adults with him seemed to be impressed as they were taking pictures and and telling each other to take more pictures). Played pick-up with the team. Had dinner with Ewing and had a late-night workout.
