Can we move the “state of the program” stuff to that thread and keep this one devoted to updates on the recruits’ high school seasons?

^ And also the exciting futures of the current Hoyas as I love watching Fielder grow and want to believe that the core with an addition or two can keep strong next year and the following one will be some top tier stuff.

Sorber to no one's surprise continues to fly up rankings. Kid is a borderline 5 star who has transformed his body and game in the last year especially and is finally getting that type of recognition.
Mulready drop not surprising. He seems to flash more in AAU than High school ball.
Caleb Williams is not a rankings darling. A glue/winner type who does a little everything but nothing at a spectacular level. On a good team- he's the kid who makes winning plays that don't always show up on the box score.

Mulready played in the lower level of EYBL this past summer (i.e., didn't play the same level of competition as Sorber did). He averaged 11.2 ppg, 4.8 rpg and 2.3 apg on 39.3% shooting from the field and 60.0% from the free throw line. www.thecircuithoops.com/stats/team_instance/8428836?subseason=870505&tab=team_instance_player_stats&tool=5273500Great kid, has a chance to develop in college into a solid Hoya, but his ranking in the 100s seems spot on. Projects as a higher end Jabril Trawick. Nice to see Sorber rise and not surprised to see another ranking not have Williams in its top 150.

His defense and athleticism is much more noticeable on the EYBL circuit (even "lower level" as you termed it). He's asked to do a lot more Offensively on high school team and it shows at times. Agree on your assessment overall. Of the Freshman I think Sorber will have the main impact on next years team. McKenna will be interesting. There will likely be wing minutes available and his offensive game is heard is showing up at practice. Defense however is an issue. Sounds like he fits in perfectly
