I had a feeling... Thanks for the optimism. Definitely appreciated. We need to be reminded sometimes. No matter how it turns out, it is going to be alright. I know, winning cures most ailments, but we gotta believe. Happy Sunday.

My wild prediction is that either Malcolm or Big Tim (or both) are more going to prove that they are more then ready for the moment and step up and show that they are real players ala Dikembe Mutombo...
Maybe not to Mutombo's level, but that they can contribute in strong positive fashion...

This thread worked last time. Let’s try it again. We have 7 really good players..especially if we have SMU Blair. There is 30 minutes a game available for those 7. Allen, Mosely, and Blair have the opportunity to dramatically change the trajectory of their Hoya career. It is go time.

There are at least 22 games left. That's plenty of games for the remaining team members to develop. This obviously wasn't the original plan--Trial by Fire--- but here we are, and we have use the talent we have. It will be interesting to see what the coaches devise and how the team responds going forward. Go Hoyas!!

I didn't include Pickett as I don't consider him a role player transitioning into a starter/key contributor which I think applies to the other 3....but he certainly has an opportunity in front of him.

If we can take care of business the next three games, and win 9 Big East games we are probably in the tournament. This is very doable but a challenge with the short roster. If there’s any graduate transfer wing or bigger guard we can find who is immediately eligible that would be really handy.

Cuse is not a good team, but has talent and we rose to occasion. The fact that we were missing four players plus Pickett was Pickett and Omer was poo poo in first half and still won is good I guess.
