Twitter, for the most part, is the Playground For Idiots. Goodman is seeing ESPN blast guys out the door almost every week and apparently feels that the only defense is to be hip, cool relevant and controversial, via Twitter. We are just fodder for him to raise his profile. Just ignore the guy. Does Jeff Goodman actually live in the White House?

He's clearly not a real journalist, he's just a click whore. So why don't we stop feeding him and just ignore all his stupid tweets? Reposting them only helps him. Can we come off of the idea that discussing these tweets on this board, removed from social media, is somehow giving him any sort of help? He's not getting retweets or likes if someone posts a link to his tweets. It's worth discussing that ESPN's major college basketball reporter basically is waging troll jihad on us.

Yeah but it has been discussed at this point and now this thread serves only two purposes: Point out to an already convinced audience what a tool Goodman is, and give said tool more publicly. IMO neither purpose is worth the time it takes to read the updates.

I tell my 6 year old to stop paying attention to my 3 year old when he acts like an donkey. Same theory here.
Close this thread down svp.

Excellent point. Enough attention for the internet troll.
