Hart was a miss, the staff will tell you that. I know he has had a handful of on court controversy, but much of the same could be said about Jabril and we loved him. With regard to LJ, part of what appealed to him about Georgetown was playing time. He knew DSR was transitioning to the point and that he would be the guy. I agree with your premise, but no, most of the same can't be said about Jabril. The closest thing he had to any of Josh's incidents is the one where he got so excited he tried to get excited and bumping his chest but instead ended up bumping over some frail kid from Eastwrn Washington. Bril could be accused of playing too hard sometimes, but he was never a dirty player. I like Hart as a player a lot but he fact of the matter is that it's in his personality to take cheap shots and play dirty im general. He doesn't always get caught, but the few incidents he has had had nothing to do with the game action at all he just acted like a brat. Don't mean to call you out just never thought I'd hear you talk so badly about one of our own. Jabril was nowhere near the punk Hart can be sometimes. Please take off your Hoya tinted shades. I loved Brilly but his GTown career was littered with plays that straddled and crossed the line. The worse was the elbow to the Pitt pg. You need someone that plays with a edge but Brilly played dirty a lot of times....

It's not really bias, it might sound nitpicking but there's a fine line (or big difference depending on how you look at it) between committing instances of overzealousness and passion (I don't know which elbow you're referring to tbh) and deliberately going out of your way to hurt another player. Jabril has never deliberately gone out of his way to hurt another player, especially outside the confines of the play. Josh most definitely has.

Just keeping score here. We've resurrected the Josh Hart discussion and thrown in a "WELL ACTUALLY Jabril played dirty too" sidebar. On the main board, Jerrelle Benimon and Vee Sanford are back, Trey Mourning's "New Bradley Hayes" destined to be 40 pages thread has been birthed, we're wondering if students care enough, somebody wants to talk about guard play, and that JT3 discussion is hanging on the first page.
We're one "why doesn't Georgetown recruit more white players" away from a Hoyatalk Progressive Jackpot I think.
