It's been a real blessing for players like Reggie, Kaleb, and Trey to get some playing time while Paul and Tre have been sitting.
I wonder how deep JTIII will go against Syracuse.

He's available to play tomorrow. He's been practicing for nearly a week. I'm suspicious.

Based on??? What is your theory? See above. Intended snark/sarcasm or not, this is one of the instances where the edge of board rules are being approached and the limits should be respected. Just saying, as MODERATOR.

FWIW - Tre was in the layup line during warmups before both halves vs Bryant and nothing was noticeably wrong from my lofty perch. I'm not surprised he's ready to go now because he seemed close on Saturday.

Something's wrong with him. He has regressed so much since last year. Used to be automatic from 3, could sky for rebounds but now never shoots, turns the ball over and can't play any d. We've basically been losing since he came back and were better off with LJ or kaleb at point.
Maybe he's still ill or its mental but it is concerning for next year because he should be the lead guard next year and right now he can't function as even a backup.

A confident Tre Campbell changes the dynamic of this team completely. Keep it up young man! Foot on the gas

Tre was great last night!!! When they can find another offensive option that keeps defenses from focusing on just DSR the team plays so much better. Tre was great, LJ was aggressive, Jessie and Hayes were a force in the paint. A real team win. They don't need Tre to score 20 every night but they do need him to be a consistent offensive weapon that the defense needs to account for. Making 3's last night was great but I thought the way he attacked the defense off the dribble was even more important. His penetration just opens up so many things for his team mates.

Confidence. When Tre misses a couple early, his whole game seems to become hesitant. Same with Ike to some extent. It can take some time to break that habit; his first 2 years, if Reggie missed 2 shots he disappeared(usually onto the bench). This year he often finds other ways to contribute, and also keeps taking good shots when available within the structure of the offense.

Can someone make a call to Vegas and get Chico Church to come talk to these guys? He never got hesitant, no matter how many shots he missed early on...

Unfortunately he never limited himself to shots within the flow of the offense - although to his credit, he almost always waited until he crossed half court!

He was a career 30 percent shooter from three point range. Not as bad as, say, Stephen Domingo (11%), but his numbers tailed off after freshman year.

Where middling Georgetown basketball players go to work for the Gaughan family.

Great game! Can't ever argue with a career high.
The early 3s really help the rest of his game. If he is driving against a guy right up on him, he tends to be a little too reckless. If he has some space to get to speed and maneuver, he's nearly stoppable (although nailing that floater would be great).

This guy has a breakout game where we played the best team basketball I've seen us play in the past 2 seasons against Xavier, and then he gets 14 and 17 minutes and doesnt start this Butler game? I literally don't understand. When he is playing up tempo, we look better than we've ever looked and we are actually an exciting team to watch.
Instead we play Riyan Williams in the first half of a huge game where he fouls on 2 straight plays and then turns the ball over. I don't get it.

Was it a breakout or fluke? He just doesn't do much when in there. Kaleb brings defense, Peak has played better of late. He isn't a 30 minute a night guy. I am not gonna bash our head coach and pretending that playing Tre Campbell more is the difference between a mediocre team and a good team.
