Certainly a possibility if we keep winning. We are among the hottest in the country right now. i would trade a 1 seed for a Final Four birth anytime.

If we win out, would be hard to keep us off the 1 line. Huge if though.

Ultimately, I think a 3 seed, but a 2 isn't out of the question. Don't think a 1 is realistic, however....

When its all said and done we are sitting comfortably on the 3 line. Really its not about your seed its all about the matchups.

While a #1 seed is unlikely it is absolutely in play.

Dont see the committee putting the regular season BE champ lower than 2 if its Gtown or Cuse (maybe even marquette, I dont know what their schedule is the rest of the way). A BE and BET champ would be hard to not put as a #1 or the top 2.
Miami losing to Wake helps. If the other #1 possibilities lose, then Gtown is in a good spot.

need to win Regular season and tournament to get a 1 seed, but we should get at least a 3 seed at this point.

We always have a phenomenal seed. I don't think we've been lower than one of the top 16 seeds but once since 2007. Unfortunately, we don't have much to show for it. All of us have learned that tournament seeds mean little. Unless we get a 1 and are therefore immune from a first-round upset, we know we will all be on pins and needles around here come tournament time.
Let's enjoy the next few weeks before the high anxiety time sets in.

If the season ended today we would be a #2 seed. As of yesterday morning Lunardi had us as a #4 seed with #1s( IND, Miami, Zags, Duke), #2s( KU, MSU, Mich, UF), and #3s( L,Ville, SU, Zona, NM). Today I believe we are a #3 passing SU, L'Ville and Miami. If we run the table and win the BE we will be a #3 pre BE tourney. If we make the final of the BE tourney we will be a #2. If we win the BE tourney there is no way be won't be a #1. That would be 16 or 17 straight Ws heading into the tourney.

juicesbracket.blogspot.com/At least one site agrees we should be a 1 seed today. Regardless of seed, I think we're fated to be in the same region as Florida.

As much of a dweeb as he is, the only guy I look at is Lunardi. He's by fay the best at this, and by far the most accurate down to the seeding

If we win out, there's no way we aren't a top seed....If we lose once, win the regular-season title and win the BE Tournament, we are still a one seed out west, or the highest two seed, which means we would be East anyway matched up with the lowest one seed....either way, we've put ourselves in VERY good position down the stretch. Will we take advantage? That's the big question. But unlike a lot of years past, we have ALOT to play for in these last three weeks

To get a 2 seed, we need to be in the BE Championship game with 5 losses. To get a 1 seed, we need to win out in the regular season, and either win the BE Championship or need other teams to lose.
