I would just like to see some cohesive offense tonight. Everyone is talking about playing time for back-ups, this team does not look good enough to worry about back-ups right now. They need the starting 5 to play like a team on offense. At least in the first half against Tennessee, you could say the offense was producing good looks, that was not the case against Towson. They regressed in that game and I am hoping that was just a finals week flop that will be corrected tonight. I do not mind if Domingo or DSR get heavy minutes, since I think they are part of the solution on offense, but I have no desire to see Hayes, Moses, Bolden, etc. Those guys are such distant role players, 10 minutes against Longwood is not going to help them . Still finals going on. Look to a big improvement on that front in a week or so.

and somehow, it's on SNY. I realize this is Longwood and not the highest-interest game of the year, but this is a good illustration of why being connected to a football conference helps. Is there any chance these games would be on TV in an A-10 type basketball conference? No chance.

Man, Hopkins fouls a lot. Didn't even make it to the first tv timeout.

The problem with our offense is that we don't have a single player on this team that is a good passer. I don't know how many wide open baskets we pass up each game because no one has any vision/passing ability.

The way we've been playing, I'll take 33. Hope that number doesn't continue to go down.

Its like the closest thing we will ever see to a throw back jersey.

Jabril with the flush!! That's the 1st time I've seen him dunk in a game. He loves to outside of games. He might be the best dunker on the team. And that mostly means he wont miss a dunk, which has been common on this team the past few years.

That's where Hopkins needs to pass it. Domingo had the wide open three, but Hopkins forced it and missed an easy one.

On offense, I like Whit down low. Lubick has been better in his role this yr. Shooting free throws great (crosses fingers).

We broke 20. Baby steps.
(still think we've got an assist on every made FG....except Porter's breakaway just there)

Nate Lubick is probably the best and he is probably only overage compared to past players. I think DSR has potential but I haven't seen enough yet. Part of it is alsoe they don't makes the reads of the offense well yet, so it will get better. But, for now, they miss a lot of wide open layups and shots. I do think this is the best cutting away from the ball team I've seen under 3, which might be make the passing problem more glaring to me.
