hollis will get more time as the season goes on. Chris and henry are playin great right now. I don't know what the hornets plans are for chris, but I know knicks management loves henry and is watching his development very closely. If any of the knicks big men go down, hank could get a call up

Anyone think Austin's route through Europe was a better call? Or is Austin missing out?

Chris was in Europe for a bit too, so it may not matter too much. Probably comes down to what they are hearing from NBA people and how much they can make in Europe. If you look at those D League rosters there a lot of guys who have probably been totally forgotten by the NBA and may have been better going to Europe.

The guy who beat out Chris in New Orleans, Brian Roberts, played about five years in Europe. He has actually been pretty good in his NBA minutes. If you play well and fit the physical profile, you can get to the league through either route with a little luck.
Austin is in Eilat and has tweeted some picks of the resort that they put him up at. Looks pretty nice, I have to say. Certainly a lot better than Sioux City.

Hollis played 26 and 27 minutes in Tulsa's first two games and scored 9 & 8. Then OKC sent Jeremy Lamb down and Friday night Lamb played 43 minutes and attempted 33 field goals while Hollis played 2 minutes and missed his only field goal attempt.
Hollis' averages dropped to 5.7 ppg, 3.3 rpg, 2.0 apg.

The D League home page is hyping Sims vs. Melo tonight, viewable on YouTube: www.nba.com/dleague/Maine is DaJuan Summer's team though I don't know if he will play since he just joined the roster. He is teammates with Jeremiah Rivers, Fab Melo, and Kris Joseph.

Melo was 3-8 with 4 boards - sounds like Henry worked both ends
