If they can play together is quite a condition precedent for that group, though. What have you seen that would remotely suggest that they have embraced the team concept (I haven't seen today's game)? Yes it is. And it may or may not happen, but if it does, they can win the BET and make a pretty deep run in the tourney. I am not watching the game either, but am following online. Nice shot distribution, lamb also has 4 ass, RB came off the bench, and Napier has only taken 3 shots. Im using my deductive reasoning ability to say that 1) the ball is moving; 2) the players who should be taking the lion's share of the shot attempts are (Drummond with 14 and Lamb with 15), and; 3) the result has been quite positive as they are up on Depaul by 12. Can they keep it going? Not sure. Filo, I guess we got the answer we were looking for yesterday. Again not watching the game, but following the box score. It seems the formula UCONN applied yesterday, they have gone away from. At this point, Napier 3/12---STOP SHOOTING. Drummond only has taken 2 shots and made both---FEED HIM. Napier must have been told about the NBA personnel in abundance at MSG and he is doing too much. They cant win like that. Yesterday, he took less than 5 shots and fed Drummond--convincing victory. Again, not watching game, just judging by box score. Headed outta the office in 15 mins to a local Hooters to enjoy the Hoyas. LEHGO!

After all this, there are going to be 10 BE teams in the tourney. Unless USF lays a big egg tonight, I really dont see them, WVU, UConn and Seton Hall being left out. They all looked good.
This has been a really good game.

Did not want Syracuse to be the ones to send West Virginia packing. So get out and get lost!

Unreal. In the last two years, UConn is 16-0 in neutral court tournaments in 17-19 in BE regular season games.

WVU would've lost but that should have been a foul at the buzzer...if it goes in, the 4pt play chance would be Hi5tory ;D

Agreed. Enjoy the Alamodome, or wherever the heck they play your meaningless new tournament.

Agreed. Enjoy the Alamodome, or wherever the heck they play your meaningless new tournament. Actually, they usually play it in Kansas City, at the Sprint Center. While the BE Tourney is the undisputed #1 for best conference tournaments, the Big 12 in Kansas City has to be #2 for best atmosphere, etc.

That WVU game should put an end to the morons from WV who were acting like a national tragedy took place with Crowder getting MVP of Big East over Kevin Jones. Jones wanted no part of the game when it got tight and they needed him-he stood/watched/ran from ball 3 times and then decided to hoist stupid 3's late. A truly gutless performance when it mattered and it's not first time-he's been MIA in all of the close losses--and Crowder's team won with 4 guys missing a half in Morgantown. Huggins and the hillibillies can go get fitted for some more hideous Butterscotch suits and watch Pittsnogle film clips. Enjoy the Big XII
