It would be more helpful to know if the people not going to UMD games are the students or non-students. Gtown is plagued by both, we know this. I wonder what it is like for UMD. (and i dont mean for games against crappy teams, I mean important ACC games)

Maryland is nearly irrelevant at this point and will only torpedo further once the ACC inherits the defectors from the BE. I'm not exactly shedding a tear.

SiriusXM announced on Tuesday morning that John Feinstein will be the co-host of a new daily sports show on Mad Dog Radio called “Beyond the Brink, and I Stink.”
Fixed it.

I wasn't aware that Mad Dog could get worse. I'm aware now.

While there a decent number of subscribers to Sirius XM, a high percentage of those people aren't even listening at any one time, and they are pretty distributed among the 100+ channels. Thus, I don't think we have to worry a whole lot about many people listening.

When UMCP loses in the first game of the ACC tournament on Thursday, can we all agree to stop talking about those anklebiters?

I just looked at the first round of the ACC tournament and all I can say is WOW. If you thought there were any subpar matchups at the Garden today, you obviously haven't seen what's in store for the poor sucker whose TV is stuck on ESPN-U all day Thursday.

How in the world would his performance at UMD get him a job like Stanford? That's like Kentucky hiring Rick Stansbury.

I have links to Palo Alto, doesn't mean I'm going to get the AD job. Im pretty sure they have a bevy of ex-AD employees who haven't flopped as major program ADs.
