Rivals:
Warren erupted for 40 points in roughly 20 minutes of action in his first game of the day, which reverberated throughout the athletic complex at Ravenscroft. The 6-foot-6, 200-pound small forward averaged 28.5 points per game, but left early in the third contest because of a minor rib injury.
"I couldn't miss," said Warren about his 40-point binge. "I just couldn't miss. The last time I had that feeling was probably last summer on the circuit. It's been a while. This is going to be a big spring and summer because it's my last one."
Warren will be playing with the Garner Roads 17s and already has a pretty good group of scholarship offers.
"I've got offers from Georgetown, Tennessee (prior staff), Wake Forest, NC State (prior staff), Virginia Tech, Miami, Indiana, Xavier, so that's a lot," Warren said. "I hope to decide before my senior season."

According to Scout from Carolina:
"T.J. Warren said Georgetown, Wake Forest, Florida and Miami have offered him a scholarship. He also has heavy interest from Ohio State. The previous staffs at North Carolina State and Tennessee were on him as well."

From ESPN.com's recap of the weekend in Carolina:
"T.J. Warren (Raleigh, N.C./ Word of God) scored his 40 points in the morning session with a variety of pull-up jumpers, soft-touch floaters and long jumpers. He led the camp in scoring with 28 points per game. His favorites are Georgetown, Wake Forest, Miami, Florida, NC State and Ohio State."

Warren has a Paul Pierce like game from what someone described this week in an update about him. Forget where I read it.

Dropped 41 in a game this weekend at Bob Gibbons. Has already visited once. Visiting again soon. "So far Warren has only taken visits to Georgetown and North Carolina State. He will visit NC State again next Tuesday and also has three other trips visits on tap. Warren will head down to Florida in about three weeks, Georgetown from June 23-25 and will also be at Kansas' elite camp." blog.northstarbball.com/2011/05/30/2011-bob-gibbons-toc-day-two.aspx?ref=rss

So far this spring/summer he has dropped at least a 40 pt game, 41 pt game, 50 pt game. This kid is crazy. Does he project only as a SF in college?

according to what I've read, he has a high IQ, a good athlete and scores in many different ways. Dad was a college star, so the genes are there. Needs to improve defensively, but really knows how to play and can flat out score.

He is a stud and I am extremely happy to hear that he is visiting again, but I find it hard to believe that he will not end up at NC State with Tyler Lewis and Torian Graham. Everything that I am hearing points to him staying home.

Warren has some family in DC, and TonyParker is right, TJ is a top priority for the new staff at NC State. Has Paul Pierce like game.

Maybe a little more athletic than Austin. Definitely a scorer.
