What are our plans for the 2010 recruiting class. Are we done or do we add another. If so who? Also for 2011 what's the deal and what are getting?

i dunno but i would expect things to pick up real fast given the season we are having and if we have a nice run in the tourney.

As of now how many players have commited to us? Are Starks and Lubick the only two we have as of now?

With the assumption that Monroe is leaving for the league after this year, I think we bring in one more big in the 2010 class (and I think we go local again, someone like Moses or Eric who can develop). Even if Monroe stays (one can only hope), I think we bring in one more recruit this year.
2011, we are looking at a class of at least 3 guys, probably 4. I think we go after 1 or 2 guards (obviously Johnson and Cook are the priorities), 1 or 2 bigs (again, Rak is the priority, and I would take Hopkins also), and then a wing.
As an aside, Louisville is putting together quite the class for 2011.

Bump... That's 3 now for 2010. I am hopeful it will be 4 on Sunday (Moses). I would guess that would be it most likely, although I think a 5th spot would be available for a special circumstance (like if someone decided Storrs was no longer the place to be...)
This is shaping up to be a very good recruiting class, and props to the staff.
I think it's very unusual to bring in a class of 3, 4, or 5, when there are no graduating seniors at all on the team, and only one likely early departure. How often does that happen?! I am looking forward to more depth, more options, and more flexibility with the roster!
Go Hoyas! Beat SFU!

It would be fantastic to go PG, Wing, PF, C. C'mon, Moses!

Is moses an impact frosh? Since Moses has only been in the country a few months and, by most accounts, is extremely "raw", it would seem quite unlikely that he would be an "impact freshman" -- especially for JT3.

I do like that JT3 is building a deep, athletic team. Id like to press and extend the D more. Forcing more turnovers would be a plus. We can shoot teh 3 better than ever, now if we can just defend the 3 that will be a huge step. All positives signings Id say.

Define the term impact recruit. i guess in your mind it was a top 25 recruit. So by that definition no. And i don't think he'll contribute much next year( assuming greg comes back), but down the line I think he would.

Moses might make an impact on defense and rebounding. His offense is behind those aspects of his game.
Also, since we played all year with three total bigs and that's been an issue, signing another big can be very helpful.

I'd like to get a McDonalds guy in here. I know Carolina and Duke shows people daily they all don't pan out but I'd like to get a bluechip to add in next years class.

Meh Lubick is a blue chip guy he just missed making the All American teams. He's 37th nationally and the last guy to make the team was ranked 35th. He's clearly right there.

Moses or Reddic would fit the bill for me.
