Nothing. Nor is there any info about his workout Friday in Sacramento. These things are normally tight-lipped with GMs, unless they have the top pick, not wanting to give away all of what they are thinking. I've only come across info regarding some rumors that Robin Lopez and Koufus got praised for one of their workouts with random teams. And that could be just NBA teams blowing smoke.

"Thursday's workouts should definitely be more interesting because Georgetown's Roy Hibbert, Texas A&M's DeAndre Jordan and Nevada's JaVale McGee are expected to be at the Fieldhouse."
this is great I hope roy eats the youngsters' lunches.

If I can tie some other threads into this -- C'mon MCI, we all know Roy was the third option behind Macklin and Rivers, which is why the Hoyas are in rough shape for next year.

What a great representative of Georgetown. He is a very solid young man and the team that picks him will be happy for a long time. He carries himself like that and applies himself in these workouts and he will get snapped up earlier than some experts think. Thanks for the links MCI.

"Experience versus potential"
from nba.com
Full Name: Hyland DeAndre Jordan, Jr. Position: Center Height/Weight: 7-0 / 260 Birthdate: July 21, 1988
Full Name: Roy Denzil Hibbert Position: Center Height/Weight: 7-2 / 278 Birthdate: December 11, 1986
Roy must have used up all his potential in those extra 16 months 20 days.
How about experience AND potential?

Nodak, you're right on the money. Its as if folks think Roy is 24 years old. Len Elmore, who was a great college player and a solid pro and knows something or two about hoops, has seen Roy in person many times and just this past season said something about Roy just beginning to scratch the surface of his potential. But then you have online experts and journalists (particularly those outside the BE region) who act as if Roy is a finished product. And this line of thinking somehow becomes seen as fact. No doubt Jordan is a superior athlete (although his combine numbers suggest he is no Dwight Howard) but there is no certainty that Jordan will ever truly improve either.
Three other things irked me about the article.
1)This dude had no real access to the workouts and didn't see the guys play out there on the court. He probably only has fleeting memories at best of Hibbert. So I wish he would not paint him as some plodder who crossed the halfcourt line five minutes after the guys he was practicing with.
2) Stop calling Jordan a 7-footer. He was barely above 6-9 without shoes and only 6-10 and change with shoes. Do these prospects really need their heights to be manufactured to justify their hype?
3)I wish some of these writers would stop focusing solely on Hibbert's last game against Davidson as if that was the defining game of his college career. While obviously not a proud moment that was still arguably his worst game in post season play and part of the reason was a result of questionable calls by ref in a game that was officiated just as one-sidedly as some past NBA playoff games that have recently come under scrutiny. So DeAndre's bad showing in the second half of his season and the NCAA tournament was, according to writers, the result of his inexpereince (although that never bothered guys like Love, Oden, Beasley, Rose, etc). But Hibbert's bad game against Davidson was proof of Hibbert being too unathletic to truly succeed in the NBA. Okay.

I think Roy wasn't as athletic as Brandan Wright--who is on trading block and that is funny because he supposedly was "perfect fit" for the Warriors right?--and Roy more then held his own against UNC's frontline which included Mr. Intensity along with Wright.
DeAndre Jordan dunks hard and has "Next Dwight Howard" label attached due that and fact he wore #12 in college.
Roy wasn't allowed to play in Davidson game--which was his worst in NCAA play--a career where he dominated most NCAA games--and Hoyas were 7-3 in 10 games with losses to eventual National Champ, National Semifinal, and Elite 8 Finalist. If Hibbert dominated Davidson-it would've be "He should--they have no bigs...." so he can't win that argument either way. Fact is--without the Big East Player of Year--Hibbert led his team to regular season title and back to BET Title game--with a lesser team considering the injuries to Summers in offseason, and Wright inseason. Wallace slumped half of Big East season, and team struggled to score. Nothing to apologize for and he's done more in his "off year" then DeAndre Jordan has done.

I think the character of our coach and players works against us with your last paragraph RDF. If we had a coach like, idk, Boheim, Pition, Calhoun, Crean, etc., who would have complained all season about Wrights and Summers injury, and who would still be complaining about the officiating in the Davidson game, Hibbert and Georgetown would get a lot more credit for what we did last year. But since our guys have more class than that we get labeled overrated, and Hibbert gets labeled as a stiff who can't control the fouling because of his lack of athletic ability.

Further update: Roy will be in Toronto on Thursday.
Ewing was in New Orleans this week working out for the Hornets. Have no information on how that went.
Supposedly Brook Lopez had one or two not-so-good sessions which may be why his stock is dropping a bit.
Also Darrel Arthur of Kansas keep missing workout dates with Toronto. Too much of that going around this year with guys skipping places such as Memphis.

What does this kid Bryant know? He doesn't have a mock draft blog. If so he would know that Hibbert has terribly weak hands. The bloggers can tell you that and they don't even have to see Hibbert play to know this. Bryant doesn't have a clue.
