How about a few more 3's? Maybe we should have taken Scottie Reynolds. This is his style basketball.
EDIT: I do like Jon getting called "the best pure cutter" on the team.

The guards have to play tougher--and Wallace has--Sapp has to get smarter with ball--those are sloppy turnovers. REBOUND THE BLEEPIN' BALL!!!! Geez

We're giving up too many 2nd and 3rd chance opps. This will be a good game to test ourselves against a good offensive rebounding team.

kind of seems like they're having trouble converting... what's going on with that?

WTH is Sapp doing tonight? That is AWFUL shot selection and just need better play on a consistent basis. Need Wallace back out there to settle this team a bit.
Guard play is key against Pitt and it's been marginal--at best.

Awfully sloppy early. Pitt isn't playing well themselves, but the Hoyas have been unable to take advantage mid-way through the first half. Discouraging.

Macklin's doing alright, but we could use the big fella back in there.

Nice 3 from Sapp and little dish from Hibs to Austin.

Macklin got 2 hoops by simply being athletic and going up strong. Roy was hesitating a bit--and needs to just go hard--he'll be fine.
Pitt type of game in First Half--but Hoyas usually have one great shooting half and one shaky--this is hopefully it--so let's stay in it and then make our run in 2nd Half.

I agree with RDF. Our superior depth should have an effect in the 2nd half.

true. we're the faster team too. hopefully they'll get tired.
and we'll remember that rebounding is actually kind of important.

Sapp's got to get his HEAD into this game--a wide open Summers and he ignores him for some silly hook pass to Wallace who wasn't looking.
GUARD PLAY HAS TO BE BETTER!!!
