Here's Pitino hedging against a so-so year and a great year at the same time... Also add in throwing some shade at Uconn, He's a character for sure.. He's as surly as ever. When John Fanta introduced him as having won nearly 800 games, he interrupted to say "I think it's over 900," referring to wins taken away by NCAA probation. |

I expect Eric Dixon will have POY type numbers this year. Jeezus how many years has Dixon been at Nova? Seems like forever. Classic Nova though. Keep guys for several years and let them develop. Cooley was able to do this at Provy. Lets see if he can do it here. |

Dixon will be a problem for sure but like I posted before if Longino stays healthy they'll be tough all year. He looked very good in the exhibition.

Not sure what Dixon's position is - in the clips I noticed a lot of dribbling from him. Do they have a legitimate point guard. If he wants to shoot the three we can live with it - inside is the problem.

It also amazes that Nova is always a short time but win championships without any 7 footers.
