Is this guy really going to come to Gtown? If Ewing is still coach, the obvious answer is yes. He has signed his LOI and he certainly won't have better options after his play the past year or so. If Ewing is not the coach, he'll reopen his recruitment and commit to his 7th school in 5 years (he's attended four high schools, committed to LSU, signed with GU and then wherever he ends up). Quite possible that he's playing his way out of the high major landscape particularly given his baggage.

So he is kind of the Tremont Waters of '2023 except he isn't on the upward trajectory and he hasn't already decommitted. I could care less about any single player. We aren't a single player away from beating the Big East. We are a cultural transformation away from being relevant again. Ronny/Howze et al first, then worry about the recruiting. I think Patrick actually has what he needs (or had if it weren't for all the transfers). It is the buy in and sacrificing of self for the team he hasn't been able to build.

Hey Marvel there are Hoya fans who love to have you as a part of the Gtown family. Please disregard the negative comments.

Under our current circumstances, I don’t see him ever in a Hoya jersey.

Under our current circumstances, I don’t see him ever in a Hoya jersey. I'm sure he evaluated the academic opportunities on the hilltop and selected us as he sees himself benefitting from a Georgetown degree. That doesn't change regardless of who the coach and/or assistants are next year. Good day sir!

A new coach will want to bring in his own recruits.

Maybe the kid has an undisclosed injury.

Maybe the kid has an undisclosed injury. He is all set to be a Ewing recruited freshman. No minutes; no development.

How does the firing of Ewing and hiring of Cooley change the situation with Allen? Is he allowed to break his NLI and would he?
