So Sister Jean narrative > Patrick Ewing narrative If Sister Jean would pray for Patrick Ewing, we would have to be national champs next year, right?!

I think we are going to see the Big10 and SEC overrated and the ACC was underrated. The Big12 is the best conference. I expect to see more "upsets" than normal because I don't think the rankings are very good this year with the lack of games. Damn phone autocorrected PAC12 to ACC. Other than that so far so good.

I thought Illinois would go all the way, at least to the final game. Congratulations to the Ramblers. I still remember the game the year after Loyola won the NCAAs and were still ranked #1 against the Hoyas, and we won during Christmas break. Listening on the radio from some station far away from where I was.

Wonder if, over the past 4-5 years, the Big East looked at making an offer to the Loyola Ramblers !

I know they were likely really on their game today, but boy does Loyola run nice offensive sets. They do not waste their possessions. So . . . one part players, one part coaching, and one part plain old work.

Kurtwig is playing the Nate Lubick QB role except Kurtwig is not afraid to score or shoot from outside.

One thing that annoys me about having fans back is the crazy screaming lady fan.

I hope not - too much competition with a city that's only 35 miles away.

Gotta love watching the big 10 crumble a bit with only 4/9 teams remaining before the end of the second round and it is only because Maryland and Rutgers pulled off upsets to keep it from being just 2, rooting for BE teams remaining to outnumber others conferences in the sweet 16! Maybe people can then wake up and stop overrating conferences that overflow themselves to look better.

UConn made sense to include back. Not sure if we want to add every hot team.
