LOLOLOL They pulled a Georgetown. All Hail Blair All Hail the Hoyas!!!!!! And Yurt pulled a Wahab in the 2nd half (at least according to some posters on here). Big win, not perfect by any stretch of the imagination but the guys can enjoy the Super Bowl this evening with a well deserved grin on their faces.

The good guys finally get a break. I take back everything. Ewing is beginning his HOF coaching career. On a serious note the kids played really hard and deserve to enjoy this. I like how we showed multiple defensive looks and Yurt finished in traffic multiple times. Maybe this is the type of break the team needs to shake the negative vibes. Omer used the backboard. I'm ecstatic.

I missed the first half today, but I was really impressed by this team's toughness down the stretch. They don't always play well, but they always play hard. Today, refusing to quit and good end of game execution got us a road win and a sweep of the Johnnies. Well done!

They played pressure defense the last 10 to 12 minutes and I didn't think they would last, but they sure did. I have bern hard on Ewing but the departures this season really hurt his ability to press which was clearly one of his big strategies coming into the season. Really happy for this team

Feel for those who turned it off. Happy for these kids and the coaches as they deserved this win. Ewing showing the ability to adjust his defense. Enjoyed Pickett’s defense, and rebounding, Mosley not losing confidence after a number of mistakes trying to capture the lead, Allen avoiding the 5th foul, Blair proving his role on this team and Yurtseven coming back from a horrible start. Best of all was seeing the bench down the stretch and how much these kids genuinely seem to like each other.

The pressure D did the job and Yurt going offensive really helped. I am shaking so badly that I could hardly type.

When Yurt7 did that spin move for a dunk I LOST IT, that's what we needed out of him all year! If he wants to make it to the NBA he needs to do more of that, be strong and go to the rim!

We’ve had some good magic at MSG this year. Maybe it bodes well for a change in the BET, depth be damned!

On a plane. How many Hoyas Win from Rich today? I think Rich was so surprised himself with the comeback win he started shouting " Georgetown Wins Georgetown Win, Georgetown Win" He then settled back into his normal call of Hoyas Win

Per ESPN, we had a 4 pct chance to win when we were down 17 in the 2nd half.

WOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!! LETS GOOOOOOO!!!!!
Jahvon Blair made some huge shots today. Yurtseven was more aggressive and the defense stepped up today in the comeback. Huge run.
Jagan Mosely on the last two plays was gigantic. He was able to get the ball over half court and feed it to Yurt for the layup. He also was the one who got the loose ball late and secured the win. He still needs to dribble it better, but he came up big when it mattered. Huge win.
The guys were much better when they played aggressively. The team needs to play aggressively to win games. That's the main difference in before the run and after. Everyone was aggressive.
Finally, a Big East road win!

Love the big smile on the big mans face: turning point? After all these years, Pat deserves a turn to better things ahead, including luck... heck, the players, the students, the alumni, the fans deserve it too... Come on, Lady Luck!
