What happened to pre-game interviews? Dan? DFW? Definitely seems like they are less frequent, not just not posted on YouTube. I’m not sure how often they used to have the media calls/interviews, but they definitely had one before the Syracuse game and I also remember one in late January. But yeah that’s about it. |

Yeah, I don't like it, but if it means Pat is out recruiting and doesn't have time for the pre-game interviews, so be it... Was he out recruiting tonight? Besides he doesn't have a phone with him? He couldn't attend a 15-minute conference call? Maybe have an assistant stand in? Don't know where he or the staff was tonight. Recruiting is #1 priority. |

That's something that was not carried over from Mex Carey to Lori Hamamoto. So JT3/players did the interviews because of Mex Carey? It shouldn't be this hard to get info about a program trying to rebuild/remake itself... As far as I know there is pretty much a scheduled media availability for Coach Ewing and player(s) before most if not all home games (and usually big away games). Mex Carey (or one of his staff) used to record the interviews and he would post them to the youtube channel DFW linked earlier. Ms. Hamamoto is in charge of all things publicity regarding the basketball program now. What you see is apparently what you get. Several media people participate here and I think you know who you are - I'm sure they could clarify one way or another if you asked them. I know Ron posts postgame press conference video on his site but it is mostly subscription content so we cannot post it here. |

Under 15 TO's and double figures from Pickett...we should win. A win would solve alotta of the frustrations other fans have on this board. I believe there's still very much to play for...nit and ncaa tourney. We have alot of pieces...coach just has to continue to get rhythm and stick to a rotation.

The team currently averages about 14-15 turnovers per game. Too many! Against this level competition tonight, our turnover team goal should be 10 or less. More than 10 should be addressed at practice tomorrow. We can’t continue giving teams multiple extra possessions. This statistic KILLED us in several close conference games last season. |
