Harrison Ingram Position: Small Forward Class: 2021 247Sports Composite Ranking: No. 25 Recruiting: Purdue, Memphis, Arkansas, Baylor, Florida, Ohio State, North Carolina, Texas, Texas A&M, TCU, Stanford, UCLA, Georgetown, Kansas One of the most versatile and unique players in the class of 2021, Ingram led his YGC36 team to the title over the weekend. A uniquely skilled player, Ingram combines the ability to score from all three levels with great basketball IQ and an excellent feel for the game. Ingram continues to grow and get his body into better shape, which has him more athletic than ever. Still, it is his understanding of the game and top notch play making that stands out. Add in a nicely developing outside jumper, and his future looks very bright. 247sports.com/college/basketball/recruiting/ContentGallery/Jabari-Smith-LSU-Florida-State-Georgia-DayRon-Shapre-North-Carolina-5-star-top-25-Indiana-Anthony-Leal-133835154/#133835154_7Ingram announced for Stanford today. Now at #16 nationally, he is the highest ranked recruit ever to come out of Dallas St. Mark's, the southwestern version of Harvard-Westlake. "I chose Stanford because the opportunity to come in and make an impact right away was something I could not turn down," Ingram told ESPN. "Coach [Jerod] Haase has believed in me from the beginning and really believes I can be something really special at their school." www.espn.com/mens-college-basketball/story/_/id/29916128/harrison-ingram-no-3-small-forward-espn-100-commits-stanford-cardinal

Haase is getting it done at Stanford, building a solid and promising team and program there.

I don’t admit to being in the know on Trevor Keels’ ultimate destination. But, he is down to Duke, Villanova and Virginia. His Crystal Ball does have three predictions to Duke. I have not placed a prediction yet. Keels, along with a handful of other 2021 prospects really has my attention. I love him as a competitor. I love his physicality, size and strength. He has a complete game. And he is just that guy that I would want on my team. I would venture that Keels will be a solid NBA player for years. Here is my scouting report for him: Tremendous physical strength for a shooting guard. Has length as well. Highly competitive with an impressive basketball IQ. Plays a power game but can score from all three levels. Solid ball handler. Good passer. Has strength to be a better rebounder. Solid defender. 247sports.com/college/basketball/recruiting/Article/Meyer-Mailbag-Rick-Majerus-Texas-Tech-Chris-Beard-Trevor-Keels-Breon-Pass-Utah-North-Carolina-State-Duke-Virginia-Villanova-151830524/

Good to see us offer 2021 PG Darius Johnson from Episcopal. Not ranked right now but recently offered by Alabama and Florida after having received offers from Wake and Seton Hall in the spring. Recruitment trending upwards. Some highlights from a game last year: Recruitment: Final three of Alabama, Providence and UCF (where his father Kelvin is Director of Player Development). Why his stock is rising: We have talked for a while about the lack of depth in the 2021 point guard class, but Johnson has done all he can to help fix that. Whether it be combines or with his summer team, Johnson has produced every step of the way. He's tough attacking the rim, plays with patience and is a serious competitor who gets so much done. He's another who deserves discussion to be in at least the top 100. basketballrecruiting.rivals.com/news/bossi-s-best-2021-summer-stock-boosters

Interesting, watching clips he can play at this level. I dont get why we would be after him if Beard and D. Harris are here. he is a straight PG.

He is a quick strong PG who is fearless. He will challenge the trees. Also the video of him versus Oak Hill on youtube sold me on ability. he has a herky jerky style for a lefty that keeps guys on their toes. The shooting looks decent. Im on board but calls like this usually mean we are out on other people cause this guy isnt a walk-on type.

What are the crystal ball predictions for Folkes? I really like the way this young man plays and think he would fit in well with the program, but had not heard much about him and the Hoyas lately. The staff does work quietly, so you never know who might pop for them.

I had kind of dismissed this kid, but maybe he's still a possible add for us. His move to Putnam Science should definitely get him more exposure this year. I guess he's nominally a PG -- but this highlight video is 50% dunks, 25% threes, and 25% extended drives to the goal. I might complain about the overlap there (compared to a pure PG, deadeye shooter, etc), but we need guards either way.

The staff does work quietly, so you never know who might pop for them. No predictions yet. He doesn't have a ranking on Rivals/247 so I doubt he'll get too many crystal ball predictions.
