Is Golden from the DC area...for those who know, how good/what kind of a prospect is he...is he a difference maker?

Is Golden from the DC area...for those who know, how good/what kind of a prospect is he...is he a difference maker? From Winchester, VA, will be a solid 3-4 year contributor, has some Marcus Derrickson to his game. Was one of the leading players on Team Takeover's 2017 AAU team, a program with whom it would be terrific for Coach Ewing to have a strong relationship. Takeover currently has top underclassmen in the area including Jeremy Roach and Hunter Dickinson, both top 25 players nationally in the class of 2020. |

I watched Team Takeover last summer and wasn't impressed. Moved around like a big stiff. Not agile, lethargic, didn't finish well.

Thanks for the info...is he more Nate Lubick or Marcus Derrickson...how does he compare with Carter? More Derrickson than Lubick. Good shooter and solid rebounder. Somewhat similar game to Carter’s but probably further along at this point. |

If he can’t step in and be a starter from day 1 then the last thing we need is another warm body. Save the scholarship for a top grad transfer or 2019.
