This was evident on two eye-popping plays. First, Springer caught the ball in transition, took a dribble or two and easily took off for two handed 360 dunk that no 16 year old should make look so easy. Then, he made his impact on the defensive end by getting back into position on a fast break and going straight up off two feet to deny a soaring dunk attempt. "Jumpshot" Johnny Juzang has to be among the best shooters at camp, regardless of class. His shot preparation, footwork once he catches, release, touch and anything else that go along with a shot are practiced, consistent and fundamentally sound. He's also a strong kid who is getting better off the dribble and really learning to use his size and strength. Hoyas have an offer to Terrance Williams of Gonzaga and seems like Myles would fit with the tweener / combo focus Patrick seems to have. Terrance and Myles are very different players but seems like both could fit in. Terrance seems like a good beast mode combo / wing that Hoyas haven't had since Trawick left. Myles is a good tweener shooter and can slash. Myles seems to fit the Villanova model and it would hurt to see them have another player fall into their mold. |

Joshua Christopher, SG, 2020: There aren’t many in high school basketball that can score the way Christopher can. His scoring package is advanced and it was especially on display Sunday morning when the 2020 prospects were practicing with the younger players. Christopher’s strong build allows him to play well through contact, but it’s his change of pace, hesitations and tricky ball handling that allows him to create space from defenders for pull-ups or drives to the rim for nifty finishes. He’s a good shooter from distance, and comfortable shooting on the move. Christopher is a tough shot taker, but also a tough shot maker. As good as he is from a scoring standpoint, when he improves his shot selection, he’ll be even more effective. BBC has played in AAU, but haven't played in shoe grassroots games. The are sort of the middle to lower level of the 2nd tier of DVM area grassroots teams. Mostly get decent guards that are Baltimore and Howard County. BBC rarely challenges TTO, Loaded, Premier, nor Durant. |

Gultekin played for Mid Atlantic Select. Ace plays for BBC and they play on the Adidas circuit I believe.
