Watched Izzo's press conference yesterday and a reporter asked him something like. "You got beat in the first round you lose Valentine how do you recover next year?" Izzo snapped back "Forget about Next Year, that the problem everybody's always worried about next year"..... Oo
He paused and then he said "I have 2 kids that have given their all to this university for 4 years, I'm thinking about them not this loss or next year. People start talking about next year and they forget all these kids accomplished"...

MOD NOTE: I would go back and extract all the scintillating 'which former Hoya PG was really not a PG vs. Yeah he was!' Debate that is polluting this NCAA Tournament thread into a separate thread but I'm not going to waste an entire beautiful Saturday afternoon on it so you'll have to live with it as is. If only we had a "Georgetown needs a PG" thread already started somewhere.

If you take out the 1 vs 16 matchups Lower seed vs higher seed this tourney is basically a toss up with the lower seed winning 13 and the higher seed winning 15
If you look at the 3-14 seeds it's split even 12-12...Madness....

He's asking you to name them. As it stands, the burden of proof is on you. Also, did u read yaboy's post?? Lol u remembered wrong af What burden of proof?! Lol! I'm not sure you understood, but why name PGs prior to JT3's era? JT3's system does not use a PG. I think that will change. Yaboy's post has been answered.

No need to apologize. Were those GU stats? You're just wrong, give it a rest man. Chris Wright is a professional basketball player and a PG. just cause he can also score doesn't make him any less of a PG, as his career stats/play would indicate. McDs PG, a one-man press break (even against Pitinos best defensive teams), highest assist total under III to that point, and was the best PG in the NBDL...what more do u need to hear for you to admit you just have no idea what you're talking about. You have no idea what you're talking about. Already answered this yesterday. See how easy that was? Lol

This has been a great tournament so far. Yesterday was one of the best I can remember. Not sure today will be as exciting but hopefully I'm wrong. Excited to watch Butler and Providence. Also I think Gonzaga has a real shot to pull off the upset. Go Yale...please comeback against Puke.

We've had a lot of experience with this feeling this year. Appreciate the effort by Yale in coming back, but it's pretty hollow once you let yourself get down 27 in the first place. The first half counts too. Where were you when the game started?

Hypokritzki just pretty much summed up the Hoyas season in the Yale post game interview, "sometimes when you have three 18 year olds out there at the same time, they get lost in the amusement park."

Maybe your screen name should be "dense" (no offense, dense) "#fail that wasn't clever or funny" Lol imitation is the highest form of flattery - so thank you for that. But on an actual note that was probably months ago, so definitely weird that you remember that. I'm sorry you have nothing else exciting going on for you apparently, but try not to take everything everyone says on this board so seriously. For all you know I'm a one-armed chimp with a wild banana addiction sitting behind this screen, lighten up.
