If you were looking for a Roy Hobbs figure in D-I last year, Otto Porter was your man. In high school he stayed away from the AAU circuit, opting instead to hide his light under a bushel in Sikeston, Mo. (pop. 16,000). Very excited for this game. I think we have a chance to prove ourselves here like everyone else.
But...as a west coast native that has seen Shabazz play, there isnt a player on our team that can stop him. If Greg plays him, GW will be in foul trouble. He is relentless at getting to the bucket and I would fully expect him to get the benefit of the doubt on whistles.
