Officials totally screwed us all night. Tons of no calls down low which should have been fouls on Sims and Otto. Any loose ball went to Cuse. We are better than Cuse - totally should have won this game.

its a timeout, there are two horns....but for the official on the book to say he cant come in cause he missed it...shows that he was looking to help Cuse. I could see if it was like right as the teams were coming out, but there was still 15 secs...I've never seen that enforced in a college game ever

That was a god damn highway robbery. Edited Syracuse, they can't get the Edited out of this conference soon enough. I hope they enjoy that same kind of bull going against them every time they head to Durham or Chapel Hill.

I know we are going to have 50 posts about the refs, but let's be honest - Henry Sims and Hollis Thompson lost this game. 2 of our upperclassmen did not bother to come out of the locker room for the second half or OT. Henry was b**ch slapped by Melo and Syracuse all night, and Hollis was absolutely invisible. We had this game if either one played his C game. Very, very disappointing.

That was a great performance. We won't be hurt by that game at all. We know we were the better team.

Wow, another overtime loss. Neither team shot worth a damn (defense), and they just made one more big shot than we did. And Henry couldn't finish anything.

God help this Syracuse team if they ever run into us in a remotely fairly officiated game. We would literally blow them away by 20+.

Team played great. As Knight noted during OT, too many missed bunnies inside. Combine that with some bad calls throughout the night and that's the difference.

Henry has no feel for when he should shoot that jumper or not.

also happy that the freshmen got valuable playing time. Hopkins made some pretty good moves that will be polished next year.

Guys played their hearts out. Sad to see the outcome decided by the refs. I honestly have never seen a guy try to check into the game during a timeout that his own team called and be denied. That's not even a judgment call. Just pure robbery.

Fab Melo played a great game. I hate to say it. That being said, if he were a Hoya he would have been kicked off the team twice already.

I agree especially since Henry on that last possession didn't look to hollis in the opposite wing he was camped waiting for the pass

Wow we got cheated. We were the better team. It took some curious referring and Kris Joseph going crazy from 3 to beat us. I hate to quote Jim Boehiem here "but the better team didn't win".
I'm incredibly impressed by how well we looked. We left a couple points on the table, but overall an amazing game by our guys. I'm not going to let the fact that the game got stolen from us detract from how great we played. Cuse got lucky and they know it. Every Voter should be moving us up the polls after that game.
The lack of foul calls against syracuse was atrocious. We were 10 points better than syracuse if they call that game fairly.
That being said we made enough mistakes to allow syracuse to come in and steal it. Do better next time. I hope we see them again in the BET. We are better. I'm not scared of Syracuse. We are better. Screw Syracuse.
I'm so much prouder of our team right now than I am upset about this game being stolen from us.
Way to go Hoyas! You made us proud tonight!
