Would rather play NC State. While I think we'd handle Mason, one of the benefits of a tournament like this and the OOC schedule generally is to play random teams like we would in the NCAAs. I have a sense that our guys and the Mason players know each other very well from DC high school, Kenner League, scrimmages, etc. and the benefit of playing them is therefore less than going against a quality ACC team that is unfamiliar to us (and vice-versa).

Plus, NC State gives us a chance to beat an ACC team, which is always nice.

I want no part of Mason. Agree with Hall.

Though as a localalite and a fan of the George Mason program, I do want them to embarrass an ACC team.

I want NC State, that will be a good team this year, and if we beat them that will be a nice feather

Whichever one is the better team, that's who I hope we play...

I think NC state will be more well thought of and maybe the better team, but i think Mason will be a harder match up for us due to the familiarity factor and the chip on their shoulder. Either way, just win!

It looks like we draw NCSU.

I hope we play whichever team wins. I can probably find this somewhere, but I'm wondering about the time of Sunday's game. I'm taking my daughter to a birthday party on Sunday, and I have a hunch that the game will be played while I'm at the party.

I see the game is at 6:30 (3:30 CA time), so unless we go skating after the party, I should be home to follow the game. Yee hah!

probably caught a break with Tracy Smith being out now for 3 weeks. Play tough D, this is a team that will take bad shots.

Is this the most physical team we will play yet? Seems 3 of there starters are over 6'6 tall and rebound. This might be our best test yet. Hope I can catch the game on TV.
