Tweet Trawick is a breath of fresh air and will change a lot of things attitude wise within the program--if he's allowed to. Toughness and attitude needed to the choir boys (talking on the court behavior) and one aspect that I've enjoyed hearing/reading about the newcomers--they like to work and are hungry about being better players. Trawick, Whittington, and Porter specifically seem to be in a gym daily or doing something to improve themselves. Liked reading about Bernardi's work ethic, and that matters a great deal more. Need to get hungrier players who are tougher on the court. Enough with the sissy ball/nice guy crap on the court. I agree. Monroe was all about the sissy ball/nice guy crap, and look how well that served him in the NBA.

Some of this is legit but when you start talking about my kids as choir boys, sissy ball nice guy crap I just cannot buy that...true fans don't talk about their teams like this. If there are some things we need to work on fine, but for a grown man or person to talk about a bunch of 18 year olds in college which is their first priority you outta be shamed about yourself because you are truly an bleep hole! "my kids?" To whom are you referring? Are you a parent of a current player on the team? Did I say anything to you fool? Mind your business how about that. You have something negative to say say it in my face. That's all I'm saying!!!

btb (Account Inactive): It is pathetic that so-called Hoya fans bad mouth these young student/athletes in such a personal way. If they can't say anything positive, put a zipper on it.

I mistakenly thought this was a public message board. I didn't know it was reserved for your cat fight with RDF.

He also improved in his short stay at Georgetown--and gave effort each time out. You get what you put into things.

I hope Jabril comes in and busts his butt in practice and shows what he can do and how he does it from his actions.

There are some very big and sensitive egos on this board. It's quite fun witnessing the meltdowns.
As far as toughness, jabril will bring it as will Tyler and Nate....all of a sudden we've got a little bit of muscle.

This kid is AWESOME. First of all, it is possible that he's one of the most underrated prospects in the country. Lets hope so. Second, his attitude could not be better for our team.
“I got a lot of heart so I’ll go at anybody,” Trawick said. “You can’t come to me soft. I’m going to go right at you next, so that’s how it was today. I wasn’t playing around.”
“I’m trying to have a better career than they did,” he said. “As you can see they left a great mark at Georgetown, Austin and Chris, and everybody loves them. They did great stuff for the school. By the time of the end of my run, I want to have an even better run than they did.”
Jabril is ready to get after it and usher in the Class of 2015's era. I have a feeling that this group is going to do big things at Georgetown when its all said and done.
