Hoosier, I think the key is his attitude. If he smells that he's going to get less minutes, you might still see transfer, part 2. his PT got drastically reduced toward the end of the season, and the result on the court was much, much better for Indiana. he can't transfer to another D1 school because he'd expire his eligibility, but it wouldn't surprise me to see him bolt for something smaller just to try to get his name out there.

Morning fellow israelites, The last few words from Twitter this morning: (From DustinDopirak) [Whether Abraham makes an announcement today, the source said, is "up to Moses."] [Silence is broken, but there's still no announcement. A source says Moses Abraham had to take more time to make his decision.] From Scout... indiana.scout.com/a.z?s=170&p=2&c=954097&ssf=1&RequestedURL=http://indiana.scout.com/2/954097.html"IU Making Choice Tough for Abraham" Given that Moses may have been on campus yesterday, I think this is probably bad news. We seemed like favorites for a number of reasons, but IU seems to really be making a strong push late. Still crossing my fingers.

What kind of recruit commits without a visit? Does this happen very often? I would think it would be more cause for concern if he delays a week or two and sets up a visit to Indiana.
At the end of the day why in the world would a big man from Africa choose Indiana, or any school for that matter, over Gtown? With our record of developing bigs it should be a no brainer. The only reason I can think of would be immediate playing time.
At the end of the day if he chooses Indiana over Gtown I question his motivations and will get over it pretty quickly. Is he even that good?

Never underestimate the persuasive powers of Creepy Crean. The problem, of course, is that TC has never, ever recruited and properly developed a frontcourt player, so if Moses has no interest in a chance at becoming a star, that's where he should choose. Creepy may get canned anyway if they don't get around to making the NCAAs next season.

IU has an advantage given that Crean's got no NCAA game to prepare for this weekend.

Why on Earth would someone go to a flailing Big Ten program!!
Georgetown a) Keeps him close to where he is now b) has a history of developing talented big men c) is way more competitive in recent years d) plays in a better conference e) is awesome!!
