If anybody is actually sitting and refreshing the screen and waiting to hear on this, you're crazy (no offense). This recruitment has been all over the map, the handler is saying all sorts of different things, has him leaning toward somebody new a few different times, has changed the date of the announcement a few different times etc. I mean they set "the announcement" for midnight! Talk about silly. This isn't like he's having a press conference or anything here, whenever he decides to make it official he'll probably call the staff he decides on, and then maybe let some of the local reporters know. I'd say that I'm as interested in Georgetown recruiting as anybody, but this is very much a "wake me up when he figures it out" type of situation. Not a "feverishly refresh the page so we can get official word" type of situation, like we did with, say, Austin Freeman, who had a press conference at his school. Wouldn't be at all surprised if there is no word on the net until tomorrow or later. 200+ people on the recruiting forum right now! You have all taken Joe Boncore's bait, ha! good call, i'm off to bed.

I have a test to study for, therefor constantly refreshing this page is a much better and rational use of my time

Lol reading the indiana board and their interpreting of our board is hilarious. It's really funny because this commitment is totally their NCAA tournament. They're so excited they might pull the upset.

Hey guys thought I would give you all an IU fan's perspective.
First of all, we're really late in the recruitment of Moses so I think that fact alone is causing a lot of excitement amongst Hoosier nation. He was supposed to visit last weekend when the Hoosiers defeated Northwestern, but he had the flu or whatever. The student section had all sorts of theatrics planned for his visit for null. Alas, somehow we made it down to his final two. Supposedly Maurice Creek's dad has had contact with the Abraham camp (both guys are from the DC area). Secondly, we're excited because our biggest weakness is lack of depth on the inside. We have a lot of good young pieces, they're just playing out of position so getting a guy like Moses would be huge. (we're also recruiting a few other 2010 forwards, so it's definitely an area of interest for Coach Crean and staff)
Hoosier nation is pretty pessimistic about the recruitment, but we got a lot further than a lot of people thought we would with this kid. I'm just happy to know that we aren't the only crazy fan base that would spend all night on message boards/blogs waiting for a guy's commitment! Good luck to you guys in the tourney (I have you all going to the FF, so don't let me down)!

I just read on Twitter that Moses is distant cousins of Korleone Young.

I wish Indiana the best. I have a very very special place in my heart for the team that snatched Jeremiah Rivers off our hands.. I kid I kid =)

actually i work in maryland so i've lurked on this board for a while. the hoyas are ubiquitous around this part of the country. and don't get me started on Rivers! he's really getting on all our nerves, but at least his PT was significantly reduced by the end of the year! if he would get his mind straight, he actually has decent basketball skills. ehh.
and you bastards stole PEJr from us! i kid. we loved that kid, and he's actually come back for a few Hoosier games this season with Roy Hibbert.

At least on twitter? 1 to 1, even if it's a new account with only 1 tweet I just find it hilarious, with the brackets announced today, that this is the thread that's getting all the traffic. No offense to Moses Abraham, but he's backpage news today.

I feel so bad for you guys having to watch him spin his way across half court and then throw the ball to the other team. It's nice to hear that you're all enjoying the same offensive repertoire that we saw for two years. And jgalt, I'm pretty sure your tweet would get picked up by dozens of message boards and probably a few blogs.

No offense to Moses Abraham, but he's backpage news today. Not according to the WashPost this morning but if it was IU v Gtown not a mention would have been made

He is a pretty good defender (he locked down E Turner and M Harris this season, amongst others) and made some dramatic blocks, but his offensive deficiencies make having him out there a liability.

You are preaching to the choir. You are right that if he really put the work in a focused he could be a very productive useful offensive player too, look at his brother

Maybe Moses handlers fell asleep? =) according to one of the major IU blogs, Hoosier Hype, the decision has officially been delayed until "sometime tomorrow" per a text from Boncore.

Hoosier, I think the key is his attitude. If he smells that he's going to get less minutes, you might still see transfer, part 2.
