Its early but Princeton offense looked good and team chemistry looked good. Clark's stroke looks amazing!!! If he plays like this all year....we're good.

2nd half was impressive for a 1st game of the season. I really liked what i saw from Free all game and CW in the 2nd hlaf, Clark 3 3's in the 2nd as well....alot to like....I didnt even mention Vaughn and Sims 2nd half, no one played badly in the top 7..Hollis didnt hit his shots but they all looked like they were going in.

We should have won easily and we did.
Nice to see a lot of easy baskets and I think the D was better than the results -- Tulane made a ridiculous % of mid-range jumpers.

Good overall game though the team looked a little nervous in the first half. Too many TOs but lots of good shots and very good spacing / rebounding.
Pretty clear that these guys have worked hard on a lot of things in the offseason.

Even with our height advantage it was nice to see the effort on the boards....good start

Good effort! Better first game than i expected. Austin quicker and Jason really is much improved.

Austin looked really quick out there and looks to be more the player we need him to be. Losing the weight will definitely help him this season.

We looked a year older and a lot more comfortable out there. We also played unselfishly....amazing what can happen when guys play without an agenda.

Only was able to listen to end of 1st and all of 2nd half.
Rich kept saying the name, 'Sims' in an edgy kind of way.
It sounded good.

About as good as you can expect for the first game of the season. Probably the best season opener for us in a while, especially considering we were on the road in a very small gym and the season we just came off of. Also nice to see a better second half than first half for a change. A good rebounding margin is also nice, because as we know, the size of the opponent rarely matters for us. A lot to improve on, but also a lot of good to take away from it. On to temple.

Good start especially considering we were like the only major team playng essentially a road game this early in the season.

Didnt see the game but I will throw my 2 naira in based on the boxscore:
Glad to see Greg come out strong - he needs to make this his team.
Great boxscore for Austin - if he can do this consistently we will be very good.
Clark - loved his D last year and he apparently is looking for his shot now - good sign.
Vaughn, Sims - like seeing them fill up every column in the boxscore.
Hollis - no rush - a wash for the first game.
Chris - OK game and glad to see us winning big without him having a big statistical night.
All in all, a comfortable win on the road against a solid opponent to open the season - I VOTE YES.

Vaughn was a factor early and often. That is enormous.

didnot see but did hear i think one thing why we blew it in the first half was that chris sounded outat control.. lots of turnovers going into the hoop and losing the ball did he have like four or five tos of our like nine in the first half or more THEN i believe and those there could clarify IT LOOKED LIKE IN THE SECOND HALF THAT COACH HAD JASON CLARK BRINGING THE BALL UP THE COURT.. chris settled and got some baskets. he did have guite a few steals and good second half but did not coach have jason bring the ball up the court primarily from the start of the second half if so great coaching move for this second half congrats hoyas congrats greg o0n a nother quiet double double would like to see him be less quiet and more dominant but heck its th efirst game.. balanced scoring and held there leading scorer the three guy to maybe NO baskets had foul shots as first shots late in the game CONGRATS THE GAMES HAVE BEGUN be ready for temple AND WE DID SCORE ONE MORE POINT THAN THEM AND WON.. julian was dominant early to get us going henry bad henry first half and then he came on good in the second.. cant wait till he plays some all american then WATCH OUT HENRY BE MEAN GO HOYAS
