Don't forget the Flu Fighters at 16. How is Nova getting any votes at this point?

I think kansas should've only moved to 4 but w/e it was a 1pt difference. If we win both games this weekend we should move up to 5, hopefully.

I'm just happy Duke or UNC is guaranteed a loss this week. I, however, am not happy about the fact that Dickie V is coming back on the air for that game.

He must be beside himself with excitement. Imagine all the pent up talking he'll have to unleash. Thanks for the heads up - I'd hate to turn the game on and be blindsided with his presence. I'll be watching without sound. Too bad both teams can't lose.

MSU might be the worst top 10 team of all time. What a joke. I mean, switch Purdue and MSU, and would there be any difference?

Don't forget the Flu Fighters at 16. How is Nova getting any votes at this point? If Clemson and Miami are still getting votes, why not Nova? ACC is a joke.

If you're in DC (or elsewhere near ACC schools), the game should be on in syndication through the ACC's regular broadcast deal through what used to be Jefferson-Pilot -- in DC, I think it's on MY20. So if you get those, you can skip the supah-sensational broadcast.

UConn should be higher than 19 and higher than Marquette.

Mich State played poorly against Penn State but that's a very solid team. They are physical and Raymar Morgan and Kalin Lucas are studs. Lucas is lightning quick and gives them another dimension which most recent MSU teams didn't have. Who would i least like to face out of MSU, Wisconsin or Purdue. That's easy, Michigan State in a landslide.

Penn State isn't solid at all. Their one good player tore his ACL a week or so ago, so they aren't even full strength.
It is amazing to me how much this board pumps up teams like UNC and Michigan State and nitpicks everything Hoya. I understand the latter, but the former I don't get. Penn State isn't good; Maryland is good but not great and if you've watched any of the games you understand that our weaknesses (rebounding, some ballhandling issues) are much the same as theirs (UNC - defense; Michigan State - ballhandling).

Forget the polls, or even the NCAA tournament. Based on Pomeroy's model, Nova is in danger of not making the BE tournament. Right now, he has them projected to finish in a tie for 12th place with DePaul. Based on head to head play, DePaul would get the slot, leaving Nova at home watching with the Johnnies, Rutgers and South Florida.
In the "I have too much time on my hands" department, Pomeroy's model has the Big East going 73-69 in remaining conference games - who's says stats don't lie?

No question Mich State played poorly against Penn State. But just because you play bad in one game doesn't mean you are a bad team. I personally think they are very good. Why is it pumping if i think they are good? GUjook97 thinks they are the worst top 10 team of alltime. That doesn't sound like a pump either. He has his opinion and i have mine.

Mathematically, that means that 11 teams have projected future win totals that round up (e.g. 4.62 or 5.98) while 7 teams have projections that round down (e.g. 4.43 or 3.01).

We lost to Old Dominion at home on campus and still made it to the final four. What's your point?
