Harris and Carey are back. Aminu is a surefire starter. Temper the concern. We will get at least one impact transfer.

We need to cool down and see what happens with the transfer situation. These things take time to play out. Many fans thought the late addition of Bile was not going to affect our season much, if at all. How did that work out?

Well, he issued a polite and respectful statement that makes it entirely unclear what he is TALKING ABOUT.

Good post. I trust Ewing and advocate for a stern approach with players and recruits. The rules are the rules, and everyone has accountability. If that means we lose for perpetuity- then so be it. I think there are excellent players who would be glad to buy into that type of system, but you really need the exact right fit with the players you are recruiting. It is almost like looking for military recruits.

So bizarre- no chance he gets as many chances at UMD as he did at GU.
Best of luck to Q, but time to move on. I am glad that we have other centers on the roster. We shall see what happens.

One of the most bitter Hoya defeats ever. I loved that '89 team.

BEAST. He is a longshot, but he would makes us easily a ranked team, not only due to his ability, but also by filling a position of need. Fingers crossed but not holding my breath.

Regular season, he is out. Refs didn’t have the balls to make the call. Ultimately, wouldn’t have mattered. hm This. If they had called it, I don't think he or Colo could have complained. But to be honest I would rather they do have a little more conservative outlook on a call like that in an NCAA game. I generally would agree- I am still mad about that call on Auburn versus UVA a few years ago. But dirty plays, where you grab a guy and drag him down, need to be penalized. And that was a dirty play.

What a disgrace that Walker was not kicked out. There is no excuse for that. That foul on Timmy was very flagrant and not even close to a basketball play. I care not what the new version of the absurd rules calls fouls like that these days- that was not okay and is the type of play that ought to get you booted from any game. Regular season, he is out. Refs didn’t have the balls to make the call. Ultimately, wouldn’t have mattered. hm Maybe it does not change the outcome, but it would have made the score a lot closer. The guy who committed that foul had a career day. Losing him would have hurt Colorado.

Lunardi says Hoya win knocked Syracuse into the play-in game as one of the last 4 in. And screw Jay Bilas - he said we wouldn't be talking about Georgetown if Gillespie had played. Yea I’m watching too and I said “Oh f you Jay” lmao Why rain on the parade with a what if Bilas actively tried to move the conversation away from the Hoyas when it came up. As a fellow member of the North Carolina bar, I am assessing whether that is grounds for a disciplinary complaint against him...
