Obviously no NCAA or BE Tourney games permitted here.
For me, it is Missouri in February of '82 (Al McGuire in the Pub the day before to Ewing's tremendous missed jam that nearly drew rain); and
BC January '83: Wingate steals the ball and goes the distance to win it at the buzzer.
I'm curious to hear some others.

1) Beating Duke this season.
2) UConn in '96 and the Iverson dunk.
Toughest Loss? - Being at MSG for Ray Allen's prayer in the BET Final that cost us a #1 seed and perhaps the National Championship.

1987Georgetown 83, Syracuse 81 Capital Centre, Landover, MD Without a reliable big man, John Thompson surprises everyone by matching 6-4 guard Perry McDonald in the pivot against Syracuse's 6-11 Rony Seikaly. The fearless McDonald scores a career high 23 against Seikaly, and wins the game at the buzzer over the Orangemen before a national TV audience. courtesy www.hoyabasketball.com honorable mention: Jan 23, 1989: the Alonzo and Dikembe block party. 16 hands up in Rejection Row that game.

Casual Hearts The Footer.
Outside of this year:
Syracuse '94: winning and almost getting kicked out of USAir b/c John Wallace's mom was ready to fight me after I jawed with her the entire game. First court storming experience. From this point forward every usher/security guard sought me out at the 2:00 mark.
UCONN '96 Win: I mentioned before that it was MD 20/20 Grape flowing through my veins that night (That is how we rolled...No F'n HypnotiQ!)
UCONN '96 Loss: I was in Cancun and I proceeded to end my day with a nice case of alcohol poisoning. This was also the day that I learned that there was such a thing as Mexican Vodka!

February 19th, 1996 versus Connecticut.
Others:
March 2, that year, an absolute whipping of Nova. Beating Nova the next year at home was great as well -- I believe that's when we made Tim Thomas cry.

honorable mention: Jan 23, 1989: the Alonzo and Dikembe block party. 16 hands up in Rejection Row that game. During that game, some guy sitting behind me yelled "Hey Mullin, have a drink!" at Terry(?) Mullin, Chris' little brother, as he was shooting a FT. Caused him to stop his shot and reset. That's about the only thing I remember from that game - kinda weird.

1. UCONN '96 -- The Dunk.
2. UCONN '92 -- Chris Smith holds for the last shot of regulation in a tie game, Joey Brown steals the ball and lays in the winner as time expires.
3. Duke '90 -- Great doubleheader (Malik Sealy vs. Kenny Anderson in the opener); Laettner very afraid of 'Zo/Deke.
4. Memphis '96 -- An absolute first-half dunkfest, for both teams.

That duke '90 win was nice right up until 'Zo blew his foot and hobbled for the rest of that season.

Brian Davis was only trying to protect his lover from that which he feared.
You would do same.

So many great memories. I'd say my top 3 are:
-vs Yukon, 1996. Knocking them from their perch and showing we were on a par, at least. They were considered unstoppable to that point. Iverson with a dunk, and-one over Ray Allen and Travis Knight.
-vs Duke, 2006. First "Program Win" for JT3. We're back, America! George Tenet signs the "Exorcism" sign after. I've never seen MCI Center that way.
-vs Syracuse, 1994. We were hurting for a tourney-worthy win. Joey Brown hurts his right hand and guts it out the rest of the game, using only his off hand to guide us to victory. Othella goes for 30- he LOVED playing vs Cuse. He authored some of our best games against them. This game cemented my fandom for Hoya hoops- the atmosphere was incredible.

1. Duke this year 2. ND last year (exorcised demons of 4 OT loss) 3. '94 game where Joey Brown dribbled length of court to lay it in with no time left to win at Capital Centre - JT danced and celebrated like I'd never seen before. 4. Any home game Iverson played in. So much fun to watch.

No one has said Pitt 2006 yet - but that would definitely be #4 on my list. I think the crowd was louder for that game than the Duke game - especially Brandon's filthy block of Krauser in the last 5 minutes.
