I would think this move would still leave space for adding Q, or another starting quality center. It looks like Bradley is really a power forward type. I think this leaves at least one more open scholarship, possibly two if you leave one open in case Aminu decides to come back One scholarship remains; of course, transfers can still happen, just that a waiver would be required to play in 2022-23. Ezewiro was ranked #269 in 2020 coming out of Oak Hill, but did not play basketball in 2021. If he is the nominative replacement for Billingsley (#225), it's probably a slight step down at this point. There’s a lot riding on Ryan this year. I think Ryan will do fine, but there's a lot riding on 2022-23, period. Another bad season and the entire basketball office would be on notice. Wait, another bad season and they would be on notice?!? Holy S**t DFW. If that is true, that is the longest leash in college sports.

Minutes available. Good move by him. He is definitely going to get some playing time. At 246lbs, he will be relied on for D and to bang as our current guys aren't enough. Probably one more like this and that is a wrap. Get your popcorn because with 4 returning players, and only two who have had legit playing time, it is going to be interesting. He has competed against some high level competition in the past having played at Oak Hill for a year and then another year at IMG. It will be interesting to see what his role is and what type of paying time he gets. I saw on line that he had listed a final 3 for his choices to transfer to, and Georgetown was not in that list, so I guess the staff made a late push for him.

I am sure it was the high caliber degree we could offer over the likes of Nevada, UAB and Oregon St. Deflated air, 4 for 40, yada, yada, yada.

Very intriguing add. Great frame, good athleticism. Probably under-ranked b/c of the COVID year off and re-class, but still a mid-level 3-star.
Will already be 20 by season start. Hopefully he can show something with the additional available time this year.
If nothing else, he'll be a big body backup in a frontcourt rotation that's currently pretty wiry.

Originally from Torrance, Calif., Ezewiro played for Bishop Montgomery High School, where he averaged 17.3 points and 10 rebounds per game as a junior. Ezewiro then transferred to powerhouse Oak Hill Academy in Mouth of Wilson, Va., for his senior year. In the meantime, Ezewiro reclassified and did not play basketball in 2020-21 before enrolling at LSU. He will have three years of eligibility remaining at Georgetown and can play immediately as a first-time transfer.
Took a year off from playing basketball before enrolling at LSU

Nice size, 3 star kid coming from Oak Hill. Didn't do much last year, but he could be a rotational big behind Akok/Mutombo and hopefully Holloway if that ship hasn't sailed. Looks like he could be a small ball 5

When did this kid last play important minutes in a meaningful basketball game? Serious question...
Our frontcourt is Mutombo (who has potential, but didn't show much last year), Akok (injury-riddled), Bass (non-top 150 wiry athlete type who fancies himself as a wing/guard) and now Ezerwiro. How exactly is this better than last season?

Seems like alot of bullyball in his game. At least he is very athletic 250, can get up and runs the floor. I think that's why all these big name schools took him in. Oak Hill, IMG, LSU. He is very physical in his game from highlights.

According to Joe Tipton he did not play basketball in 2020-2021. I stand corrected

Averaged 10 pts/5 rebs for Oakland Soldiers in EYBL in 2019.
Plusses that he has played with a lot of talented players at Oak Hill/Hillcrest Prep/LSU/EYBL. Very solid frame, reportedly good motor. Obviously Nickelberry will have intel on him. Really hope we get to see him and the other new additions at Kenner.

At least we filled in the spot with someone who was recruited by high majors but can't really complain about his production or numbers because getting someone this late in the game it's not gonna be an All BE player. And I am just questioning what they are gonna do with him and how this is a real improvement over Holloway if he is really gone as he could shoot some, I am not complaining as Holloway had his own set of issues esp in small ball but just wondering what their move here is

We have a bunch of shooters if you think Dante is a shooter. No one coming in is a shooter, as in efficient. Maybe Bristol, but he will have been out of the game for around two years next November… EDIT: Bristol’s last college game was on 3/11/20.
