As some on Twitter have pointed out, this handle is same guy that PBJ made a point of tweeting “Source: Trust me bro” about over the summer, so it’s possible the “sources” are F’n with him. Who knows? Whatever the outcome, I respect how PBJ and fam have approached this process.

Would love to see him pick GU but part of me hopes he goes and plays for his Dad.
There are certain things which matter more than wins and losses.

Family First. I honestly think we might have been his choice a few weeks back. If he knows he is playing for dad earlier than this week he would have committed and tried to get some guys in with him... at least that seems like the most logical scenario, but that’s thrown out in recruiting.

For his sake I hope he fares better in this endeavor than Ray McCallum Jr did

I hope his father doesn't get fired after the son goes pro after one year in Milwaukee.

Can't complain about losing this kid. Nothing wrong with playing for your dad and I wish them both luck. Wasn't thrilled about the idea of a one and done anyway, so on to the next.

Tough break, but this recruitment did take a lot of turns along the way and I think we were legitimately in it until the end. Definitely a spot where I think it was worth our staff's time and effort to make a play.
Understand that the family finances have the potential for a major uptick depending on how PBJ does on the court this upcoming year, but I wouldn't discount the opportunity to both stay home and help his dad keep his job for another year as something to consider. Not many 18 year old kids are in a position to do that. If that was his reasoning, it was certainly honorable, much moreso than other elite recruits (* cough * Efton Reid * cough *).
If in fact PB Sr. was shopping himself around for a few days there for an assistant's gig, I wonder if we would have entertained it. Certainly, he's qualified with HC experience. And while I can't speak to his recruiting ability, unless you're content with our current local recruiting and our potential to land an impact '22 local kid, a swap on the bench may not have been the worst idea.
Will be interesting to see if other dominoes fall this spring in terms of kids leaving or coming in.

So unless he outperforms expectations or makes an unwise decision, looks like there's a strong likelihood he'll be here for 2+ years.

Looks like ESPN didn't consult with Coach K and the Duke PR machi e. Now all the ESPN/Duke conspiracy theorists can go back to focusing on election fraud.

Matthew Cleveland (#23), Trevor Keels (#20), Max Christie(#22), TyTy Washington (#32) were all listed as 1st rndrs in the first mock that I opened. Aminu is similar sized and ranked ahead of these players but he isn't listed 1st or 2nd round. If you sub any one of these players with Aminu you would see the subbed player disappear from the mock and Aminu would appear...imo

Got it...
