How about a little acknowledgement for these three kids. Each struggled with their game last year and had to adjust to last year's freshmen being given such prominent roles in the offense. Each could have transferred elsewhere and found more playing time and a fresh start. Yet here they remain and I hope that this week and at their next home game they are rewarded for their loyalty and recognized by Hoya fans.

If Blair can find some consistency in his shot and Pickett brings his A game, there is enough talent in this team to compete. We lost in NIT last year to Harvard- the bar isn’t that high for us to build on last year.

100%
These 3 deserve a lot of credit for sticking it out and being committed to making this team better. They clearly value being a Georgetown Hoya, and will be easy to root for going forward.

If these guys can share the ball and lock in defensively maybe they can play through Yurt and do something.
It's been a tough couple of days but kids like Jagan and others definitely deserve my support. I'll proudly give it to them.

Time for the three returning upperclassmen to step up! Jagan has to stop being scared of missing a shot and shoot more. Blair needs to work on his body mechanics. Pickett has to work on his mental game. We're all behind you. GO HOYAS!

Regardless of what happened with the departures, there are other guys on our roster who appear to have had nothing to do with it, and they certainly deserve our support. It may not be the season we want, but it's the season we have, and we should be supporting them. That doesn't mean we cannot ask critical questions of the university, Ewing, etc., but the guys certainly deserve our support.

Time for Pickett to show his silky self on a more consistent basis. I know Blair can shoot the 3, he has a good stroke during shootaround before games- he just needs confidence. Mosley can shoot the 3 if open and can drive he just needs to minimize his dribbles. Time to go to work!

No one is more free than someone with nothing to lose.
The players should go out and play the game they love the best they can, free from the yoke of expectation.
They might just surprise us.

I am a fan of the general sentiment on this thread, but can we please spell Jagan MosELy's last name right? He's a senior here and deserves at least some sort of recognition in that right. It seems petty, but it's a sign of respect for someone who people on here would agree, deserves it.

Bump
Remember fretting about these guys last year? How many thought Jamorko was a lost cause? They are what college athletics is about. Keep playing. Improve.

They've all stepped up admirably. Even so, each is going to be asked to do more now. I'm interested to see how it goes.
Note: can we get Mosely's name spelled correctly in the title of the thread?
