I had never heard anything about him and it seems like the staff just recently got involved. I realize that recruiting information can be a little sketchy some times but I had not seen his name mentioned anywhere until a few weeks ago.

I realize that recruiting information can be a little sketchy some times but I had not seen his name mentioned anywhere until a few weeks ago. As was mentioned earlier in this thread and the 2019 thread, Ledlum had a pretty solid summer then quit football and transferred to a more basketball focused high school in August. That's why his name just started circulating more in the past month or so.

K thanks. From the sound of things he has the potential to be ranked higher. Bossi's Best: 10 players who are trending upward Why he could be climbing: Think of Ledlum as a bit of a smaller version of Miles Bridges. He plays with a great motor, is incredibly physical, gets on the glass and has a versatile inside/out game on the offensive end. As for confidence, he's not lacking it. Recruitment: Ledlum hasn't yet cut his school list or set visits. He has offers from Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Notre Dame, Penn State, Pittsburgh, Seton Hall, St. John's, TCU, Texas Tech, Xavier, Vanderbilt and Virginia Tech, among others. basketballrecruiting.rivals.com/news/bossi-s-best-trending-up

I love the guy...inside and outside player who's tough and hard nosed...to me he's a top 75 player and a perfect fit for PE and at a position of need at the wing...also values academics...just hoping we can get him and his family to campus soon...

He was playing B Division CHSAA (Cole Anthony and Kofi and Moses Brown, etc are AA) last year at St. Peter's on Staten Island. That's a quantum leap in competition this summer, although there are many good players that come out of that division -- including fast riser James Bouknight, formerly of LaSalle Academy, and I'd expect even more improvement from Ledlum in the coming year at NMH. I like the clips -- tenacious with a shot. The Mile Bridges comparison is a good one. I hope Patrick can get in on this guy.

Reading between the lines on who's shown up for open gym it looks like Seton Hall, ND, and Gtown right now.. If I was one of those schools I would be pushing hard to lock this up before others jump in..

Seton Hall has an in-home set up with Donta Scott later this month...

Want to bet he decides to drag out his recruitment to see who else jumps into the ring?

Do you think there might be chance they convince him to take an official visit the same time as Lloyd and get them both on campus for the same weekend? Setting up a pipeline with NMH would not be the worst thing for the Hoyas.Does that happen with official visits or do most program only want one official visit at a time so they can focus on that one player the entire time? I am just not sure how that works.

No clue about a Ledlum official visit, but the Lorca-Lloyd official visit is the same weekend as Damion Baugh so logistically they're not opposed to multiple on the same weekend.

Wilson needs to make up his visit date as well. Visit was canceled due to the hurricane coming to south Carolina.
