Yes, Delgado is a man, very competent and strong.

We didn't beat the spread. On the other hand, a ballistic missile didn't hit Hawaii today, so I guess overall it's a win?

Neither team played well in the 2nd half. We had our chances, but could not take advantage of them.

As poor as this game was we had our chance Mid way through the second half to get back into it. But our half court offense is so bad that we barely moved the needle when Hall had seven missed shots in a row. When hall finally found their touch again it was still a comfortable 8 point game—and then they pulled it back away.
There are promising signs—Blair and Derrickson played well—but we have so little explosiveness or creativity at the moment that we can’t take advantage of the open running system Ewing is trying to install.

Very winnable game, but poise on the offensive end after stops in the second half was almost completely missing. Can't fault effort as there was plenty of that. I'm not even sure it was a lack of poise -- we had some great runouts and then just constant misses from point blank, too.

Shot click runs down - and Kaleb just lets his guy go by for a chippy. A real bad day for KJ. Mulmore did the same thing earlier.

Just saw Mourning pass Delgado in the end of game line, he towered over him. Did he have a growth spurt. Hopefully he can contribute next year.
I can't complain about substitution pattern, nothing seems to work. At this point in time we are lacking. Team just has to keep working and play for personal and team pride. They are doing what they can do.

Neither team played well in the 2nd half. We had our chances, but could not take advantage of them. Score was stuck at 60-50 for several minutes and we had at least a half a dozen chances to get the lead to single digits and failed.

Seton Hall is one of the top teams in the BE and we aren't. It's hard to win on the road.
Govan has to be better, played soft today with Delgado guarding him exclusively.
Marcus Derrickson has been a revaluation, he's been an ALL-Big East player in my opinion.

The talent level disparity is truly amazing. How in the world did JTIII ever let things get this bad. We have zero guards who are even slightly above average D1 players at the moment. And most are below average. And Dickerson is truly awful.
I liked how we started but having Dickerson in for a long stretch when we had the early lead was a killer decision by Ewing. Still, if we just make a few layups in the second half we may have been able to put a scare in them. Ah well - this season is all about growth - but bottom line is we need better players. A lot of them.

I'm not even sure it was a lack of poise -- we had some great runouts and then just constant misses from point blank, too. Probably poor choice of words, not really poise as much as rushing when it was not necessary to do so.
