Blair was a good Hoya, and played a nice role in our BET run. I hope things work out for him.

I'll miss the Blair Swish Project. When he was hot, he was really hot. Felt like every floater and 3 was going to drop. Hopefully he carves out a good pro career.

No more hotter than the Creighton championship game where he just threw anything up and it went in. I loved it when he did his floater jump shot and would kneel over like in a posing position to watch it drop through the nets! I loved it also when he would make a deep three and run down the court and show ice was in his veins by pointing to his veins in his arm. Gonna miss dude and it was a fun four years of watching him.

What a classy statement by Jahvon. Guy paid his dues and improved every year.

A true sign of what hard work and pushing through tough times looks like. He will be known as Coach Ewing's first commit and a key figure and leading scorer of Coach Ewing's first BIG EAST Tournament Title and bringing Georgetown back to the NCAA Tournament.
He worked his but off at his Craft and really improved from a freshman chucker who couldn't score in the lane for anything to developing into dynamic scorer from anywhere on the court. He alongside Pickett, with the aide of Mosely and Allen the year before set the tone for Coach Ewing's exciting ball movement offenses is suppose to look like. Blair even became a solid defender. He sacrificed and played what ever role Coach Ewing wanted him to. Whether that was as a starter, 6th man, or rarely used platoon guy.
Growth is rarely linear but it will happen if you prepare for it. Javon Blair's four years on the Hilltop echo that statement. Here's hoping he has nothing but success at the pro level.

Had Javon made the last second 3 on 12/8/18, he'd have cemented a bigger place in GU hoops history. And the shot wasn't far off. As it is, I appreciate his contributions all 4 years.
