Good and bad news for Hoyas. Good for big east that holtmann will be kept and Butler is willing to pay. Bad that they will continue to be good.

I figured Bullock would return to school. His game is not really ready for the NBA at this point. The one to watch from the Big East is Delgado from Seton Hall. I think he may impress a lot of scouts during work outs with his physicality and rebounding and might find a way to get himself drafted in the second round. If he ends up leaving for the NBA that would cause a huge hole for Seton Hall next year. If he returns, they are going to be a really tough team with a lot of experienced players.

Seton Hall likely to continue to be pretty good for the forseeable future. Willard does a nice job of identifying guys he can get and closing the deal.

Very nice class for Butler.. I personally love their incoming class. No matter who's coaching Butler since Stevens to Holtmann, they really do a great job recruiting to their style and culture. They rarely chase a 5 star kid but still get very talented/overlooked players. The Butler way isn't just a slogan.

Geeze. Great pick-up for Marquette. We need to make a splash in the late recruiting period in order to not be massacred in the BE next year.

DePaul getting more closely connected with one of the country's top prep schools:
@adamzagoria
DePaul officially named former @lalubasketball coach Shane Heirman an assistant

BIG EAST - Karem Kanter, to Xavier The younger brother of Oklahoma City Thunder big man Enes Kanter, Kerem Kanter comes to Xavier after a solid career at UW-Green Bay. Seeing his points and rebounds skyrocket this past season, Kanter is the type of interior piece Xavier was looking for this spring. Xavier will lose RaShid Gaston to graduation but already have Tyrique Jones, Kaiser Gates and Sean O’Mara slotted in for a bevy minutes on the frontline. Adding a big body like Kanter, a nice piece off the bench who can score and rebound and who has already been on a college hardwood for nearly 1,000 minutes, is icing on the cake for a program attempting to knock off Villanova atop the Big East totem pole. basketballrecruiting.rivals.com/news/conference-call-most-impactful-grad-transfers

Eric Bossi ✔ @ebosshoops Northern Illinois big man Marin Maric has pulled out of the Draft and will head to Depaul. Impact big man for the Blue Demons
