Hayes is out. Agau in significant foul trouble. Marcus and Jesse can't play every minute at the two big spots. And with LJ with four also, we don't have positional flexibility. Has nothing to do with foul trouble. We are crapping in our pants. Man up and play. The original question was why Cameron was playing so much. I think fouls and player availability is a big reason.

We'll take it as a win is a win and they have played everyone tough so can't read into it that much.

Not a great game, but a win. That's what matters. Now let's get back home and get ready for Seton Hall.

We shot 54% and beat DePaul by 3. Turnovers and rebounding again. Clean. It. Up.

Whew. I'll take the win any time. Get back to DC and rest up for Saturday. Hope Hayes gets healthy, when he's playing well he's a valuable player.

Played terrible and won. Got the stops and buckets down the stretch I guess thats the positive of this game besides the W.

Great win....... I never question coaching but why not foul at the end?

I think JT3 prefers to just D up. I don't remember us doing it much (if ever). Nice drive by LJ there... I think we can never give the foul in that situation because of our horrible rebounding, even on FTs.

Best end of game play making I've seen so far from the Hoyas this season. Both offense and defense.
Good win.

That was a tremendous COACHING job down the stretch by III for two reasons
1) Up one with the ball with 20 seconds remaining, he DIDNT call timeout, which is what 90 percent of the coaches around the country would've done. He knew he had LJ with the ball at the top of the key, and he knew Depaul's defense wasn't set. He brought Jessie up for a pick and roll, and as a result we got a supremely easy bucket for that situation.
2) The last four possessions, we blitzed every pick and roll involving Billy Garrett. We hadn't done that all game, and they were thrown off just enough that we got three stops in the last four possessions. And as close as the last shot was to going in for Depaul, we got the ball out of Garrett's hands which was the right thing to do.
In what was a possession battle, our coach won the game for us....Just wanted to point that out.
