Agreed but he needs to play with the same energy he did in the last game. loved how he attacked the glass for rebounds, not flat footed but skying aggressively for rebounds. Jessie has so much potential with his skill set and height, love seeing his development.

Ideally, the majority of the time should have Govan, Agau, MD taking up the 2 big men spots. I just want Agua/MD to play more minutes together. Hayes can be ready for foul trouble. Agau should get as many minutes as his conditioning/foul trouble allows. Maybe 10 at the 4 subbing for marcus, and 15 at the 5 playing along with Marcus. 25 total is probably the most we can expect right now given his fouling rate.

Agreed, I really like when he's backing up Jessie rather than Brad. I really love Brads story and his love for Georgetown but he's been a liability most of the year.

He has stuck it out and also appears to be rewarded for that. Mourning also been loyal and an enthusiastic teammate. His mobility and upside appears to be encouraging. His style of play fit how many teams are now playing. It would be encouraging to develop him even further with some of Hayes minutes. Hayes is a senior, Mourning is a junior and at this stage of team recruitment would appear to be a valuable asset given current commits and possible player losses at season's end.

The guy on the bench is always some chosen one. Then once said guy starts playing you beat him down mercilessly in favor of the new guy on the bench.

The guy on the bench is always the savior of all of our ills, and almost invariably when they do play, they show why they've been riding the bench. This year's chosen son is Mourning, though it's been several different guys in past years (Hayes, Bowen, etc.). At least this year, the rotation has been pretty big anyway. The fact that pretty much everybody except Mourning (and Hines and Muresan, but they are walk ons and there was no expectation they would play) has gotten meaningful minutes is telling.

Once again this team starts off flat against Providence (except for Pryor). Is there any pride; don't they want to crush this team who has owned them for the past few years?

Mulmore killing the team right now with two turnovers and a bad shot.

Turnovers and poor shot selection. Team looks terrible tonight. Providence is allowing us to keep it close.

They definitely look like they're playing with some urgency, they're just rushing things and making mistakes.

I think we'd be better with a ball handler that can penetrate and has the green light to drive....you know..like Allen Iverson
