UNC had two points in their starting five. Nova had two point guards too. Lots of teams have moved to two guys who don't just have the ability to play point, but are true point guards. We should have a roster that is three to four deep at this position with one or two true bigs and then a rack of wings. We are close on this configuration with the PG being the real need.

Heck, I think we all need to improve in the area of ball handling. I would love to see us being able to run with four competent guards if need be. versatility is so important. We saw this with both Villanova and Oklahoma. Also, we should not be leaving scholarships on the table. In the Big East, we need to always be developing talent; you can't develop what you don't have.

Closing the loop on this. Who knows what happened back in April, but I was glad to see that he has a scholarship to play basketball this upcoming season.
